I especially appreciated the excellent communication and liaison with the seller, which helped everything progress efficiently. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property.

His follow up call for feedback was timely, as was the clarification of points raised at the viewing. 21st Mar 2026 (12 weeks ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
15th May 2026 (30 days ago)We had a property valuation carried out by Brown & Merry at the end of 2024. After deciding not to proceed, we continued receiving repeated voicemails and marketing letters. I initially contacted the branch directly to request removal from their mailing list, but was told that our details were not even on their system, despite the continued communications. It was only after leaving a negative review and sending a further email complaint that our marketing preferences were finally updated and the issue addressed. While I appreciate that the matter has now been resolved, it should not have required public escalation to achieve a basic data and communication request.
