The team was always available, professional, and attentive to my needs, making what can often be a stressful process much easier and smoother. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and liaison with the seller, which helped everything progress efficiently. Their advice and recommendation of trusted partners, including the solicitor, was also extremely helpful and gave me confidence at every stage. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property.

The whole team were super responsive at all times and were really helpful in guiding our decisions about marketing and pricing our property. We had a regular level of interest and ultimately were able to agree a sale with one of the offers we received. Once agreed the team again were proactive, responsive and helpful in ensuring that the sale completed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough

From day dot you were amazing you helped throughout the horrific journey we had with our first time buying a property. You made everything so smooth and helped when you really didn’t have to but that help meant so much to us! We wish we went with Brown and Merry for our purchase but unfortunately the house we wanted was through another agent but I could tell you for sure we would of never had the experience we did from the other agent if we went with Brown and Merry as everyone there at the Leighton branch is just wonderful. But Luke especially who was our broker went over and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Luke we hope you see this and realise how much you helped and supported us. No one likes packing. They were so great start to finish and on the ball. His follow up call for feedback was timely, as was the clarification of points raised at the viewing. Negotiating an offer has been seamless and everything clearly confirmed by Liam, via email/telephone. It is a pleasure to deal with a professional, friendly and efficient team and Liam an asset to the company. Thank you all !

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
15th May 2026 (30 days ago)We had a property valuation carried out by Brown & Merry at the end of 2024. After deciding not to proceed, we continued receiving repeated voicemails and marketing letters. I initially contacted the branch directly to request removal from their mailing list, but was told that our details were not even on their system, despite the continued communications. It was only after leaving a negative review and sending a further email complaint that our marketing preferences were finally updated and the issue addressed. While I appreciate that the matter has now been resolved, it should not have required public escalation to achieve a basic data and communication request.
