17th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Alan and the team at Abatoria are great. While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Working with F?rat was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and honest. He guided us through the entire process with patience and great attention to detail. Finding someone so reliable and friendly in real estate is rare. 14th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Warning: Serious Misconduct and Potential Fraud I agreed a sale price with Amaal Mahmood Khan at Brian Thomas Estate Agents. During the process, he insisted on altering the agreed price on the official paperwork to a lower figure and taking the difference in cash. This would have cheated the property owner and is essentially mortgage/property fraud. Anyone considering instructing him to sell their property should be extremely cautious. Amaal tries to negotiate cash payments with buyer and does not tell seller real offer. In my case he lied to the seller about the amount i offered and if i had gone ahead the seller would have lost out on thousands of pounds that Amaal was demanding to receive in cash off the books. I strongly advise to avoid this agency and this dishonest man.
12th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

27th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you, Lewis! Fantastic service and a real pleasure to work with.
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.

When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.
Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.
This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!
She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)The best Agency I have ever deal with.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Hi, I've been a landlord managed by Hills Consortium for nearly three year now. I would highly recommend their services, especially in the Lettings Management area to bring all kinds of solutions to any type of property setting.

The staff, especially in Maintenance and Accounts are easily reached and provide a friendly proactive responsive solution to any issue with a professional quick turn-around for the landlord and residing tenants.

They make me feel the worrying has been removed from day to day self management.

You're doing a grate Job guys, Much appreciated!

Regard,

Ali
19th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)We’re in the process of renting and so far, Fraser & Co have been great. Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!
8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)There flat maintenance and management services were also good previously but it has gone a lot better since Vaida has joined Charlesons
23rd Oct 2026 (9 days ago)????? Amazing Service from Kerry!

I honestly cannot thank Kerry enough for everything she did for us!

From start to finish, she made the whole process so quick, smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to do everything possible to help us secure the house we really wanted, and thanks to her hard work and dedication, we got the house we wanted which we are genuinely so happy and excited about!

What really stood out was how kind, approachable and supportive Kerry was throughout. Rather than feeling like we were dealing with a letting agent, it felt like we had a friend by our side, helping us through what could have been a really stressful situation.

She genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best possible outcome, and that personal touch made all the difference.

I couldn't recommend Mantlestates highly enough. If you’re looking for a letting agent who genuinely cares, goes the extra mile and makes the whole experience a positive one, this is the letting agent you want!

Thank you so much, Kerry, for helping us secure our new home and making the whole journey such a lovely experience. 5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.

It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.

He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.

There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.

We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to share my experience with Just Moovin.
I sold my property with Just Moovin, and Sadek was a very important person in my family’s journey. He was the person who showed me the house 12 years ago, and now he is the person who helped me sell it.
He is a great guy, and I really appreciate everything he has done for me and continues to do.
Do good, good will come back to you.
I wish Sadek and Just Moovin all the best and lots of success in the future. I hope they continue to have many happy clients.
Thank you, Sadek and team for everything.
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)????? Highly recommend Akash at The Property Club

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.

His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I look forward to working with him again on my future property investments.

Thank you again, Akash!
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Dean was very responsive and super helpful. I had a very good experience working with them.
