20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We are about to complete on the sale of our house through Connells. Kacper, Callum, Mark and the team were always attentive during the sale process and kept us up to date. We found them friendly and very easy to deal with during what can be a stressful time. Thank you!
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Amazing customer service, helped me find a property within a week
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)The staff at Wainwrights are so friendly, efficient and so their best to help in any way.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve had a really good experience with William H Brown Ipswich. The lettings team have been very helpful throughout the whole process and have made everything feel straightforward and easy to understand. They guide you through each step, keep things clear and are always happy to answer any questions.

A special mention to Makena, Matt and Ollie, who have all been really helpful and made the process so much easier. Moving can be stressful, but having a team that is supportive, approachable and willing to help makes a real difference.

I would definitely recommend William H Brown to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you to the lettings team for all your help!
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very difficult to get in touch with them for any property maintenance issues. 90 % of the time the call goes to voicemail and no one responds to the voicemail. I would think twice regarding customer service before taking a property with Pennington.
17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)After lots of research into which estate agent to choose, Jackson-Stops came out on top, and they haven’t disappointed throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Rob, who has been absolutely brilliant — professional, diligent and kind. He responds promptly, keeps us fully informed at every step, and his calm approach and wisdom have been greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Rob — you’re a superstar! Highly recommend Jackson-Stops.
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)APPALLING behaviour from the whole team! DO NOT USE THIS LETTING AGENCY!

As a young family, the sheer stress, intimidation, and disgraceful conduct we suffered from Rebecca Moore at Austwick Berry and this landlord is beyond disgusting.

They ignored basic repairs for months leaving us with a broken door and a broken washing machine yet rushed to pull thousands of pounds in random, fabricated charges out of thin air the moment we moved out. Rebecca sent us a ridiculous bill claiming thousands for items that were already damaged when we moved in, including hundreds for an old, pre-used rug without providing a single receipt, proof of age, or proper breakdown.

When we politely requested basic proof and receipts, Rebecca escalated to aggressive, high-handed intimidation tactics, even threatening us with police involvement over a standard civil deposit dispute.

The moment they were forced to put up actual evidence to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), they had nothing. Rebecca Moore and Austwick Berry have put our young family through months of severe distress, lost work days, and appalling treatment. Complete cowboys—avoid this agency at all costs.

You messed with the wrong ones this time ??????!

24th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Jade was absolutely fantastic! Always available for any questions and help (as some ridiculous times of day and weekends). We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else

31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Selling our home through Fenn Wright Felixstowe was a far more complex process than we ever anticipated, with a challenging property chain and several issues that had to be worked through before we could exchange.

Throughout it all, Charley was absolutely outstanding. Her communication was second to none she kept us informed every step of the way, was always proactive in providing updates, and was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or needed reassurance.
