From the very beginning, Robert, the managing Director who dealt with the sale was so professional, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout what was a very emotional and stressful time for our family. What really set them apart was that they went far beyond simply selling the property. Their advice, guidance and reassurance throughout the entire process were absolutely invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble — they were always available to answer questions, explain things clearly and offer genuine support when we needed it most. Their communication was excellent, keeping us updated every step of the way, and their experience and dedication gave us complete confidence throughout the sale. The property sold smoothly and efficiently thanks to their hard work and commitment. He was proactive, chasing the purchasers their estate agent and solicitor but with tact and diplomacy so that relationships remained amicable and the sale eventually completed without any dramas. Liz and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and his team at the Ipswich office.
15th May 2026 (30 days ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.

1st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Avoid this agency at all costs if you value honesty or professional courtesy. We traveled York to Ipswich for a viewing confirmed for 12:00 PM, only to be met with a staggering level of incompetence and gaslighting. After we arrived at 11:55 AM and were told over the phone that the agent was 'five minutes away,' we waited until 12:15 PM, only for the story to completely change. They then claimed they had cancelled the appointment because of a 'missed call' that morning—a call that was never made and was never followed by a text or email. To tell us they were on their way and then pivot to a fabricated cancellation story ten minutes later is peak unprofessionalism. No email, no text, and absolutely no apology for the massive waste of our time and fuel. Extremely rude and disorganized staff.This agency is dishonest, and clearly has no respect for their clients’ lives or commitments.

Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. Highly recommend Leaders Felixstowe to anyone looking for a letting agency that truly cares about their tenants. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

Jamie was a superstar throughout, from the no nonsense no pressure visit to value our house right through to supporting us through a very lengthy sales chain and at times nail biting process. Very patient, a great listener and gave us some good advice. We appreciate everything that was done to be able to secure us our new home

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. 28th May 2026 (17 days ago)Absolutely delighted with the excellent care and service we have had from the team at Minors and Brady recently selling our house in Diss. Each person we engaged with from the office was incredibly professional and gave great advice and support, metaphorically holding our hands through the process. Stand out mentions in particular to Joe, Nicola and Matthew who always went above and beyond in looking after us and we also appreciated all the help from Morgan and Chelsea with viewings. They had regular check-ins and updates with us and they were always contactable and responsive to messages and questions which we really valued. Very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them.
