From the very beginning, Peter was incredibly supportive and approachable. Buying a property can often feel overwhelming, but he took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring I felt confident and informed throughout the process. No question ever felt too small, and he was always patient and reassuring. What really stood out was Peter’s efficiency and attention to detail. He kept everything moving smoothly and proactively updated me at every stage, which made a huge difference in reducing stress. His responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile showed a genuine commitment to helping me secure the best possible outcome. Overall, my experience with William H Brown has been excellent, and Peter in particular made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Peter.
15th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Wanted to view a property but only got a text with a link to a video tour asking us to make an offer. Called up twice, left a message, even emailed, but never managed to speak to an actual person. No-one called me back. This morning received yet another text saying due to demand our viewing (which never existed) had been cancelled. I guess someone was desperate enough to move into a property without actually seeing it first. Can't believe this is what the rental market is coming to and feel that estate agents are taking even more advantage than usual.

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. I have nothing but good things to report about this Estate Agents. Thank you David and Steve.

4th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Don't even waste your time. Viewed a house on Monday. Asked for an application for it. Did not come through so chased it. Eventually came through on Tuesday, so filled it out and sent it in. Then told on Wednesday that it had been rented. Turns out they did not wait for my application, even though they knew it was coming. Just presented the first one they got to the landlord, who no doubt acepted it because he thought it was the only one. Since when has renting been a race and the winner is whoever gets the application in first. Waste of my time.

In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. 27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

It went beyond the core service of selling our property as they sourced a number of tradesmen to maintain/repair things that cropped up and demonstrated a really positive attitude to helping us through the whole sale. I really can't recommend them highly enough
14th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I would like to give my review about the good service I received from leaders, Logan Badhasha was the gentleman who attended to me regarding my property choice, Logan was very helpful and ensure everything was in order, Logan appears to be the best I have spoken to at leaders so far, in as much as everyone is kind, Logan is more kind and understanding, Logan is also very prompt in responding to mails and calls. Logan ensure everything is in order according to the preferences of the landlord. I am Still hoping to be successful in my application but just thought I would like leaders property knows about one of their best staff that deserves an award. Logan does his job well and was very respectful.
