They were extremely professional, very experienced and practical, always responding to queries in a timely manner. From the outset, we were extremely impressed by Luke’s knowledge of the local rental market and skill in finding the right tenants for us fairly swiftly and on more than one occasion. While they were always acting on behalf of their client, the vendor, they went above and beyond to help with ironing out the various issues that arose during the process - Ro was always contactable and responsive. We would not hesitate to recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone else.

She was incredibly patient and diligent with all our questions and foibles and soothing worries and concerns during the process. I will also say this care followed post purchase as well when we needed some fast support on various services and questions .. she was absolutely outstanding above and beyond.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)The Trials and Tribulations of buying a house ! ?????? Like all house buying, it started with a viewing. Paul came to Sudbury from Ipswich and showed us around the property. It had laid empty for around 3 years, probate and a couple of false " start stops" with various interested parties had left the sellers baffled as to why it hadn't sold. Paul was straight talking and showed the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, which really didn't phase us, I am fortunate to have some friends in the building trade and they provide some helpful guidance. It then got to the finger pointing, bun fighting, and at times comical and childish behaviour of the solicitors. I do trust that at some point in time AI replaces these butt wipes and makes it an easier transaction for house buyers / sellers. In the mean time Paul (Countywide) did a good job of pushing and pulling information to and fro and by some miracle we exchanged contracts and completed the sale in around 6 months. So thanks to Paul and the team at Countywide Estate agents, we ended up with the house of our dreams, a little weary and stressed, and in agreement this is it, we are NEVER moving again.
