She was open about the company’s performance on paper, but it was clear she had joined with real motivation to grow the business — and that really came through. Her attitude, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. She kept us updated throughout and was always on hand to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future — the company is very lucky to have her.
2nd May 2026 (20 days ago)We have used Clarke and Simpson a number of times over the decades and they have consistently provided an outstanding customer focused service. I can honestly say that without them, in this case Stuart Clarke, I think we might still be waiting to exchange contracts on our recent purchase.. As someone who has sold and purchased using their services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are proper old school.

3rd May 2026 (19 days ago)We had a long and, at times, really challenging journey to completion, but the team at Hizzy were amazing throughout. There were definitely moments where it felt like we were taking two steps forward and three steps back, but they kept everything moving and always kept us in the loop. A huge thank you to Ross, who we dealt with the most. He was brilliant from start to finish, always quick to respond, constantly chasing things for us, and just genuinely supportive during what turned into quite a stressful process. His knowledge was fantastic, and it really showed in the way he handled everything and kept things progressing. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting us over the line. It wasn’t an easy ride, but thanks to their persistence and support, we got there in the end! We’re so grateful for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot thank Sigourney enough for the input throughout the 4 month long process, especially when we had to change our buyer and protect the property we wanted.

5th May 2026 (17 days ago)Keystone have yet again been amazing estate agents to use to sell our property! We felt well informed during the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Jonathan came and talked to us at length about putting our house on the market, gave us useful advice when offering (and being rejected a few times) on our now new home. Danny kept us in the loop when doing viewings, gave feedback and always let us know when we could return home again! Sally has been brilliant at the end of our many phone calls, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange. She seemed to be doing the work of the whole chain right at the end. We are so grateful to her for being persistent, making many phone calls, sending emails and not just sitting tight waiting for solicitors to talk to one another! We feel that our stressful week last week would have been a whole lot worse without her on our side and not giving up! Otherwise we probably still would be waiting for exchange/completion dates. Thank you so much Sally and all at Keystone for everything you have done for us ??????

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
21st May 2026 (1 day ago)A great agency, didnt get me what I really needed but came in close. Understood what I needed, why and the sensitive nature in which I needed to work with them. Very compassionate, private, personable and supportive. I wouldnt hesitate in a heart beat to recommend them, especially for victims of Domestic Violence with complicated sales processes. Very respectful, excellent marketing and kept up to date throughout.
