They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)Haven't even viewed the property yet and have already shown red flags, no photos of the home but demands a garantor before you could even want to view. And very rude, no regard for working scheduals for prospective renters, never asked availability before booking in for a viewing sent us an appointment we where unable to do due to work! After telling them this they replied with well this is the only appointment available due to high interest after not contacting us for nearly 2 weeks, extremely unprofessional behaviour and shows red flags in the way they conduct buisness I feel very sorry for the landlord using them, if this is how they are treating prospective tennants already before a viewing can't imagine how they treat them when they sign the tenancy. They don't even end an email with the person your talking too, I'd advise landlords to avoid this company if they want decent renters and want to keep them.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)- 15th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
