Ash in lettings was so helpful through the renting process and communication from Victoria was excellent whilst we were selling. Would highly recommend!

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

8th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I had an amazing experience selling my property with EweMove, our estate agent, Joe, was very professional and friendly; he promptly responded to any queries and his colleague, Giovanni, was also great at communicating with stakeholders in the chain when Joe was briefly out of office. Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. I will definitely be using EweMove for any future sales and would highly recommend them :)

10th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Stay away from this agent.Was renting a flat for 3 years,did loads of improvement pay with my own money,never late with rent.Now lm fighting for my deposit to be return because one wall was paited to "dark" and owen not clean. Lorrain very unprofesional and lying about stuff ,no anwsers to emails,playing victim when confronted,make sure you get all in emails not over the phone to have a proof!Should be zero star rating!!!

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with Almond Property by Sue. We rented a house where Lyn was the person responsible for managing the property, and she was completely unprofessional. She never resolved anything and always sided with the landlord, even when hearing absurd accusations and knowing the truth. She never supported us. We stayed in the house for one year, and they renewed our contract for another year. However, only two months after the renewal, they decided to ask us to leave and gave us just two months to move out, despite us having a valid contract for another year. We decided to leave, even though I was pregnant, and had to find a new place suitable for our family within only two months. We were always good tenants and always willing to do the right thing. Lyn came to inspect the property after we had been living there for four months, praised the condition of the house, and said everything was fine. She even took photos of our home WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, which is completely inappropriate. At the beginning, they asked us for two months’ rent in advance plus one month’s deposit, which we accepted without any issues. During our stay, there were several leaking problems in the house, and we never complained. Now that we have moved out, they are refusing to return our deposit. Even though we have videos proving the condition of the house when we left and Lyn knows this, the landlords continue trying to find excuses not to refund us. Worst of all, Lyn once again did not defend us. Completely irresponsible behavior. While pregnant, I have been under a huge amount of stress because of this agency. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone. Unless you are friends with Lyn then maybe she will do whatever you want, even if it is wrong. We will definitely be pursuing our legal rights.

2nd Jun 2026 (11 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
