They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. No matter how many questions we had (and there were a lot!), they were always happy to help, explain everything clearly, and keep us updated. They always picked up the phone whenever we needed them and chased everything up to help speed the process along. 15th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Hunters are local experts. They are down to Earth and do not make wild claims about selling your property - they are realistic and speak to you honestly. Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. Excellent communication and very prompt responses to our calls.

In partnership with them, we developed a pricing strategy that generated considerable interest in the property and 6 offers (all bar one of which were well above asking) after only a week on the market. Since going to SSTC, their progress team has kept us well informed. Looking forward to their help in pushing our sale to completion.

Despite numerous challenges that were no fault of hers, Vicky remained positive and professional at all times. She was upbeat, solution focussed and never once lost heart or patience with me. You only find out how good someone is when they come up against a problem and I can tell you - Vicky and the team at Maynard’s are absolutely first class!
