They really took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Compared to other estate agents I dealt with, they genuinely cared and were always happy to help. A quote that stuck with me during a viewing was "you should treat every buyer in the same regard as a seller" and I don't think other firms have that same mentality. A big thank you to Simone and Aimee, who were both brilliant throughout.

That is when I found Nev @ Ewemove. What a breath of fresh air. The quality of photos, floorplan and description was perfect. Nev made the whole process simple and easy. My house sold in 7 days. He made the process as hassle-free and speedy as he could for my 95 year old mum. He has been extremely supportive with the sale of our mother's house including ensuring good communications with the agents of the apartment she is moving into. Excellent service - would definitely recommend!!
25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)This is the third time we have used Ornella to sell a property and she never ever fails to deliver! The great thing about Ornella's service is you get a very personal service. It's not like dealing with a big organisation where you feel you are just one more contributor to their bottom line, Ornella commits wholly to your sale and is very proactive in her work. Her communication is excellent, always keeping you up to date and she is constantly on the ball over every issue. In our case, what became a protracted sale was only really delivered due to Ornella's persistence at chasing down the chain where the delays were happening. I genuinely believe we would not have got it over the line without her tigerish perseverance. Have no doubt, if you use Ornellla, and I would strongly urge you to do so, you will get a first rate, value for money service. I cannot recommend her highly enough in truth.
