28th May 2026 (30 days ago)I strongly advise anyone considering this estate agency to avoid them entirely. My family and I were left without hot water for four months due to the agency’s complete lack of communication and failure to respond to emails or address urgent maintenance issues. To make matters worse, after moving out of the property, my deposit was withheld for an additional four months without being properly protected or returned. The situation became so serious that we were forced to involve solicitors and are currently pursuing legal action in order to recover our deposit and seek compensation. The individual primarily responsible for the lack of communication throughout this ordeal was Muniza Adam, whose failure to respond or provide support caused significant stress and inconvenience to my family. If you value professionalism, lawful handling of deposits, and basic communication from your estate agent, I strongly recommend avoiding this agency. ZERO STARS
23rd Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)AVOID THEM. They will rob you blind of your deposit and withold legal documents they "swear they'll get tomorrow" to avoid giving you your dues. Like many others said they will make dizzying claims about needing professional cleaners. Especially when you hired your own out of pocket to avoid these things. They are rude, dismissive and will trick you into doing everything over the calls to avoid leaving evidence of responsibility before gaslighting you wildly. Mohammed told us to sit outside in the peak of winter overnight when the lock which the locksmith WE had to hire said was "a decade out of date". Took days of arguing to get them to pay us back. It was -5 and mohammed knew full well I was asthmatic. Disgusting business with no morals. Watch your backs, avoid this lot.
2nd Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.
13th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I’ve been renting with Vesper Group for the past 18 months and I can honestly say they are the best agency I’ve ever rented from. Their response time is incredible (shoutout to James) and the move process was made so easy for me (shoutout to Alicia). I’ve had so many awful experiences with other London agencies but they really went above and beyond for me and ensured my renting process has been smooth-sailing and problem-free. Super pleased with their services!

She was always there when we needed her, even outside normal working hours and she made the whole process feel so much less stressful and easier than we expected. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She is really passionate about about her job and ensuring that the seller and buyers are both updated throughout the journey . Without her help and dedication, we don’t think we would have been in a position to complete and own our first home. We are extremely grateful for everything she’s done, and it really feels like we’ve built a relationship that goes beyond just buying a house. Thank you so much, Loretta - you’re truly one of a kind.

10th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Update, the email address you have provided has been ccd inbto many emails including the formal complaint. No response!! Asked for my keys back in November, it now March and it's still be ignored along with all my requests!! I have a complaint open as a landlord with TG, after they failed to carry out any work I have asked then to organise and failed to report and repair issue that were reported to them. I have not heard from TG since December, no reply to emails, no answering phone calls. I have no idea what is happening to my property and have asked for the keys back which has been ignored. My complaint is now well passed their timeframe to response. Over a month ago I was told I would have a response to my complaint by 4pm that day. At 4pm I was emailed to ask what my complaint even was, as they couldnt find it. Iwill be reporting them for breach the contract. See less
4th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

7th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We have just started renting through Rhubarb and have had a great first experience. A few minor admin errors but everyone has been very responsive, kind and welcoming. Tom has been great with working around our plans and being flexible!- 15th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

19th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.

18th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Louis Was absolutely fantastic. He was courteous and knowledgable and never pushy. The viewings were conducted quickly and professionally, and while, through no fault of Jacob knight, the process was long and drawn out (mortgage issues), Louis was always available immediately when we needed him, either by phone or email. We had heard of agents for other companies being very good for the viewing process and then dropping off a cliff when it came to the nitty gritty of actually getting the process finalised. certainly not the case with Jacob knight, they were brilliant, can highly recommend.
