12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!
17th Sep 2026 (0 days ago)We had ongoing issues with the honesty and support we received from this agency during our purchase. Our independently arranged snagging inspector had a failed visit because the developer forgot the appointment and the property wasn't ready. We were charged £399 by the inspector, in line with his standard terms for a missed visit. Rather than holding the developer accountable, a staff member phoned our inspector and questioned his honesty about how the booking was made. The inspector later told us this in writing himself, describing it as "concerning." Only after he pushed back with a clear account of events did the agency admit in writing that we "certainly shouldn't be charged for a service that wasn't carried out," but no resolution was actually offered. Separately, when we queried being asked to cover the developer's solicitor's fees, our own solicitor had already explained the general process to us. Our concern was that the developer wasn't following up as agreed to justify the specific charge. Despite this, we were told the agency was "surprised our solicitor hadn't explained it", which wasn't accurate, since it had been explained. Our actual query was never properly addressed. Our experience was that when we raised legitimate concerns, the agency's instinct was to defend the developer rather than engage honestly with what we were telling them.

He is incredibly sharp and knowledgable within his job, and was patient with me every step of the way. You can see he has a very kind soul which is rare nowadays, and it was a pleasure to work with him. Highly recommended

I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.

From the start they priced the property realistically, which I'm sure is a big part of why it sold as smoothly as it did. Communication was excellent throughout - I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. The whole team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area
7th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.

6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)On behalf of my parents, I would like to thank Kent Estate Agents in Tankerton for all the help and support they gave them during their move. After living in their previous home for 50 years, this was a huge and emotional step, and the kindness shown by the team made such a difference.<br><br>Right from the start, Harry was patient, thoughtful and incredibly considerate. He took the time to show them around several properties, never rushing them and always making sure they felt comfortable. My dad was very poorly at the time, and Harry’s gentle manner and understanding meant a great deal to us.<br><br>Throughout the process, my parents needed a lot of reassurance, and Harry, Hugo and Caroline were always at the end of the phone keeping them updated, answering questions and easing their worries. Towards the end of the move there were a few stressful weeks, and exchange and completion had to happen on the same day. This caused a lot of anxiety for my parents, but the team at Kent did everything they could to move things forward and support them through it.<br><br>We especially wish Harry all the very best in his career as an estate agent. His kindness and thoughtfulness have been outstanding, and my parents often commented on how lovely and reassuring he was. He was always happy to take their endless phone calls, never making them feel like a bother, and his calm manner really helped them through a very stressful time.<br><br>My parents and all of our family are extremely grateful for the care, patience and professionalism shown by everyone at Kent Estates. When we came to sell, we knew who we wanted to represent our flat. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. The initial meeting was clear and well-researched. Well, you don't stay with the same organisation for over a quarter century if they are not looking after your interests in a highly competant manner.<br>Jade Clubb, is the latest Sandersons staff member looking after my interest, though I have never been dissapointed with any of Sandersons staff who I have crossed paths with over the years.
