I used them again in 2018 for selling a 16th century property that other agency could not find any buyers during the two years before 2018 but fantastic team at Finn managed to fid a buyer for that 10 bedroom property. In 2025, decided to sell my second home and Finn mamaged to find a buyer after 6 to 8 weeks and the sale was completed end of January 2026. Thank you Finn and your customer friendly staff.

We faced a few issues along the way on our sale, but the team communicated with our vendor when things got tricky at our end which I believe was instrumental in us not losing the property we are now the proud owners of. Thanks team Invicta, I would highly recommend!

30th Jan 2026 (6 weeks ago)Used Louis and team to sell my property. No sales bull on first meet, just straight honest advice and clear pricing. The house was sold fast at the right anticipated price. Anytime during the process I needed Louis to prod the buyer or solicitor he was all over it. He was a pleasure to deal with who delivered exactly what he said he would. Unlike the previous agent with the red boarding who royally screwed things up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hindhead again next time.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.

I worked closely with David and Jordan, who were both highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always easy to reach. As a first-time seller, they supported me through every step of the process, and I’m delighted with the lovely buyers they found for my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

8th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)My wife and I had resolved to buy a holiday home in Whitstable and discovered Woodward & Bishopp when seeking to be shown a few properties there. Kelly very kindly performed this task admirably. The house we liked the most was sold to someone else which was disappointing but Kelly continued to stay in touch and called my wife (who was in Dubai at the time) to alert us to the fact that the sale had fallen through and was back on the market. Kelly worked hard encouraging us to revisit the house and at that stage we were introduced to Bishopp, a principal at Woodward & Bishopp. We put in an offer and Bishopp could not have been more helpful in assisting us in achieving an extremely fast completion. I think from the date of our offer to completion only took 3 weeks 5 days. Truly a miracle and very much to the satisfaction of my wife and I as well as to the vendors. We could not recommend Woodward and Bishopp highly enough!

Josh in particular has been excellent — incredibly proactive with his sites and always on top of what’s needed. He works closely with the Directors on site and consistently feeds back to us regarding servicing and repairs, which makes everything run smoothly and efficiently. It’s clear there’s strong communication and genuine care taken in managing their properties. We really value the professional and collaborative working relationship and look forward to continuing to work together.
