His communication, dedication, and ability to find solutions made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was the special and unique video he and his team created to showcase the property. Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. I was viewing on my own with two small children and she accommodated us fantastically and kept my eldest entertained so I could focus on the property. She was incredibly caring and no questions were too much to ask.
18th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Difficult to be sure but we have the impression that the house was shown to viewers with, we guess, not much effort at selling. Feedback on viewings had to be extracted by phone call and was usually minimal. Lots of viewings but not a single offer!

13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I chose Hawkesford James, firstly because they are a small independent Estate Agents & secondly because of the warm welcome that met me as I walked through the door that first time. I never regretted my decision because Hawkesford James made me feel that the sale of my property was top priority, not just one of many sales. Throughout my dealings with the lovely staff I was always greeted with warmth coupled with efficiency. They went beyond the usual remit of finding me a buyer & I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend Hawkesford James.
7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The team were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a good time to sell but they set our expectations and kept us in the loop an appropriate amount. We couldn’t sell so it is hard to judge the agents’ performance across the whole process. The viewings we had were not particularly productive - a few of them could have been avoided by some simple questions about budget and some information about the house and area, which would have saved us the stress of a pointless viewing.

The team are great at communicating and keep you updated regularly which is always appreciated during a house sale. It was a stressful time for our mum and dad who are in their eighties but the team were always very patient with them. Thank you Alfie and Caroline in particular.

The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!
