Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Property transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns, explain matters clearly and treat my circumstances with genuine understanding. His knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication have given me reassurance and confidence during an important time for my family. It is rare to receive such a high level of personal attention and customer care. Rob came out to value it very quickly, and within a week we had photos done and were on the market.<br><br>Jen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, she kept us updated after every viewing, arranged everything quickly and managed to secure the price we wanted for our house.<br><br>She was also amazing at chasing solicitors and making sure everything kept moving, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much smoother.<br><br>We’re now in our forever family home and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to Jen and Rob for all their hard work and would definitely recommend Margaret James to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

I had a very long and complicated chain which took some managing to get it all lined up within the timescales we had due to mortgage offers expiring etc. But with a couple of bumps in the road and lot of perseverance, we finally got there.<br><br>He kept me updated throughout, answered any questions I had, and was always friendly and professional.<br><br>Moving is one of the most stressful life events, but I felt like I was in good hands and nothing was ever too much trouble. I really appreciate all his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.<br><br>If you are looking for a family run business without feeling like just another sale, then you will not go wrong with Tyler at Layco.
