Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Regan, Rob and Roger provided an excellent service, always easy to reach and helpful; they went out of their way on many occasions to make it happen. Overall, they were thoughtful and very professional throughout the process. I know who to go to if I ever want to sell.

15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Dealt with Matt Lindsey at Indigo.<br><br>He is very professional and importantly<br>I like the fact that Matt knows the business of buying and selling a property , it can be stressful and Matt does his best to offer good advice to all parties.<br><br>Matt is a good communicator,he calls with an update when he says he will, he returns calls immediately and if he doesn’t know the answer he will find it and call or email in the evening and weekends.<br><br>Matt is proactive and is always willing to put forward ideas and suggestions to help the deal along.<br>I would recommend Indigo and Matt for all property matters.

From the initial valuation through to completion, everyone was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed at every stage, any questions I had were answered promptly, and the team worked hard to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable. All staff showed professionalism, dedication, and constant support and were outstanding, and I always felt confident knowing they were handling everything. Margaret James stood out immediately for their deep local knowledge of Olney and their guidance on the best locations for our future plans.<br><br>Rob’s communication—day and night—was outstanding. He worked tirelessly with solicitors, kept the entire chain together, and remained persistently diplomatic throughout as he worked with our selling agent in MK. He as did she promised they would bring the chain to a successful conclusion, and he delivered.<br><br>The final touch was unforgettable: a personal visit with a luxury bonus voucher box filled with foodie treats and retail vouchers, a handshake, and the keys. From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions. We can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly, without hesitation, use Artistry again in the future.
