I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

He always replied quickly to emails and took zoom calls and meetings on many occasions to fit around my availability even if it ment him having to stay at work a lot later. I would definately 100% recommend Harry if you want a mortgage, he got us more than I expected to borrow and at a great rate, he was very clear and concise. From the very start, Tau helped me secure a great rate, but what really stood out was how he explained everything in such simple, clear language. Im not very confident when it comes to financial matters, but Tau made the whole process easy to understand and never made me feel overwhelmed. I’m now back in touch with him for a potential remortgage, and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Hes always transparent – showing rates clearly via screen share, walking through options, and giving honest advice. What I really respect is that hes not afraid to tell you if there’s a better option. Any time Ive had questions or concerns, Tau has always been there with practical sound advice. I really felt like he’s looking out for my best interests. Tau Thank You for making what can be a stressful process feel easy and manageable. He was approachable, easy to talk to, and always available when I needed support. Any time I had a question, he responded quickly and clearly, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. Chris was consistently on time, reliable, and professional throughout the entire sale. His communication and dedication really stood out, and I felt confident knowing he was handling everything. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a trustworthy and responsive estate agent.

26th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)You definitely get what you pay for, and the help and support I received from Matt, Nicola and the team in Thame was excellent. I chose them because of the help I had received in the previous year or so, answering emails, providing a valuation (for free) - and they did not let me down. They were the only shining light in a difficult and horrible process. Selling a house is a really stressful process; doing it because the owner has dementia and cannot live alone is infinitely more stressful and difficult. The Fisher German team did whatever they could to make it bearable. Thank you Matt, Nicola and the rest of the team

19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. Its fair to say they went above and beyond. A real pleasure to do business with
3rd Apr 2026 (27 days ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. They listened to my concerns and reassured me that they are different. They actively seek people your property and keep you updated. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole team. From Brad who helped me with queries at the beginning. Then Molly was our agent who was so helpful and always on hand to answer questions. I whole heartedly recommend Urban and Rural.
