With his hard work, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, he turned an incredibly stressful situation around for us.<br>He was very professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.<br>I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable mortgage advisor.

6th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Not very kind of you to delete my review. Guess I’ll just have to say it again. Everyone is entitled to tell the truth aren’t they Andy? I would appreciate it if you could not delete it this time. I honestly don't even know where to begin with this Man. If you listen to any of these reviews listen to this one. I've spent two years renting a property from 'Davis and partners' they have left me in there for 6 months with no boiler/heating. Black mould everywhere to the point l've had to get an inhaler and steroids. Told me the plumbing and pipe work was not his problem thus causing my bath to fill up everytime I shower and does not drain for two days. About a year ago the upstairs neighbours had a leak it came through my ceiling, going into all of my electrics. Andy told me I was '1000%' safe? And it was just an egg cup full of water! His solution to this mess, was sending a contractor' who stuck the sewage filled wallpaper back to my ceiling and painted over it. Not only this but he also stood on my Hob and cracked it down the middle. Most recently we're talking just a few days here, my upstairs neighbour drained her bath and the entire thing came through my ceiling in the hallway and bathroom. The lights have filled up with water causing my electricity to trip and his response was there is nothing he can do I have to sort it myself. This man is a disgrace and has no problem whatsoever leaving people to live in dire conditions but he has no problem renovating his new office and bragging about it online. He also failed to tell me for two years my rent has been going into the wrong account and when I said I felt extremely uncomfortable with this, his response to me was "okay Casey I'm just simply asking you to pay the rent into the correct account?" I'm just struggling to understand why and how this was not mentioned two years ago? Furthermore, on the 18th of December I emailed Andy with a list of repairs, I then received an eviction notice Dated the same day. I would Recommend not using this estate agent if you would not like to be scammed and left to live in conditions no person should live in. My upstairs neighbour has two very small children and I think it's a disgrace to leave them in such danger. This poor excuse of an estate agent will not help you nor does he care to. No human should be left to live in the conditions this man has no issue leaving people in.

29th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)We chose Mustard in Towcester to sell our house and while it was not an easy sale we could not have picked a better team – and dealing with a team of three we always knew to whom we were speaking. Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

23rd Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Mark David. After eight weeks on the market, we had just one viewing and very little communication or proactive marketing. When we asked why our property wasn’t selling, we were told it was because of Donald Trump and the current wars in the world, rather than being given any meaningful advice or strategy. We are now back to square one and have to find a new estate agent, yet we’re tied into our agreement until the end of July despite many of the things we were promised not being delivered. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend Mark David.
25th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)??????????<br><br>My husband and I were listed with another agent in Towcester for about 5 months with barely any viewing before making the switch to MG.<br><br>Within 1 week MG delivered and found us a buyer! We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises.<br><br>My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors ??????) but MG always remained professional and in the loop.<br><br>??????????

2nd Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

1st Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
