James sold us our house 10 years ago and after talking to a few agents, we knew Cridlands were the right people to manage our sale. Despite a bit of a difficult and frustrating market, James kept us sane with good advice on the state of the market, recommendations for strategy and when we needed to be realistic on price.<br><br>His experience and skill were very valuable in helping us manage the process from accepting an offer to completion -his regular communications with (and chasing of) all parties smoothed the process and kept things moving. Given we were selling an old listed property there were inevitably queries and James helped us, and other parties, navigate and work through these in a pragmatic way and focus on those that were actually of concern to the buyer.<br><br>James and the team are a pleasure to deal with and we have had some very entertaining discussions along the way, thank you Cridland and Co!

Not only were they working on my behalf, but were a great help to my buyers. I would definitely use them again should the circumstances arise.

We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises.<br><br>My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors ??????) but MG always remained professional and in the loop.<br><br>??????????

2nd Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout. Excellent communication throughout the whole process via the whatsapp group they set up - answering questions and giving immediate feedback on viewings. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
