We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.

She contacted me weekly to keep me updated and actioned everything in a timely manner. She even visited on the moving day to gift a moving in box and emailed a week later to check I had settled in. Could not fault the office - an excellent service at all times. 100% recommend Watton branch, but especially Erin. From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism of Christian Money - he understands the industry and is customer focused. Our contact throughout the selling process was Tracey. I will miss our calls and meetings! I came to really appreciate how hard she worked on the behalf of both us as the seller and indeed the buyer to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. The viewing was organised quickly after we requested and it was non accompanied allowing us to get to know the sellers and see the house at our leisure. They kept us updated with information throughout the process and were extremely efficient when exchange came to take place. Everything was dealt with professionally and with a smile, they were very reassuring during a nervous time and we are really greatful for Rachel, Liam and Lena for a fantastic experience. Would fully reccomend them. Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

Its so nice to have an estate agent who can answer your questions and give you ideas about the potential of a property especially as we were viewing ones that needed some tlc. Diogo ensured that I got the best deal possible, constantly looking out for me, and never failed to ensure I understood everything as the process went on. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Diogo made me feel comfortable enough to ask as many as I needed to!<br><br>Kinga was incredible through the whole process, answering my many, many phone calls, always polite and welcoming and ensuring I knew what was happening constantly.
