2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)David, Amie and Chloe at Park Lane were personable and professional. A special mention of Amie here, who went above and beyond to keep things on track throughout (and reassurance for me when I needed it at times in the sale process). We also used their reccomended solicitors who were absolutely fantastic too.<br><br>When it came to photographs of the property, David was very knowledgeable about styling the house and we were able to sell within 2 days of being on the market. We are now in our absolute dream house and are very happy that we used Park Lane.
3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)After recently completing on the purchase of a new build bungalow I have to say Gareth has been the best agent we have dealt with in over forty years of buying & selling property.<br>His advice has been honest, helpful, efficient and very supportive. Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

They were enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Erin updated us every few days and it was a pleasure talking to her.<br><br>One of the best estate agents we have dealt with.<br><br>Would highly recommend them and have so since moving, will miss our chats.- 7th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)If it had not been for the wonderful assistance given to us by Hannah and Alicia at Watton branch this sale would never have reached exchange. Alicia helped us through the initial process with completion of the online forms which would have been a nightmare without her. Hannah relentlessly and efficiently progressed the process in spite of the many obstacles, delays and difficulties which the conveyancers/solicitors caused. Thank you to all at Watton branch.

4th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Money Properties, with a big mention going to Tracey!<br><br>We attempted to sell our house back in 2024, as we were emigrating to Canada, but the market was in a terrible state and we were unable to secure a buyer. Money Properties helped us rent out house out for 12 months until such time that we tried to sell it again. Once it went back on the market, Money Properties worked tirelessly to eventually get us a buyer.<br><br>Even though we were abroad, nothing was too much trouble for Tracey and her team - I would thoroughly recommend buying / selling with Money Properties!!! 10th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Having just used Whittley Parish for my rental property, I can't praise Matt, Ellie & Sophie highly enough. From start to finish they were extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through the whole process. They spent time talking me through and advising on certain situations which I would never have been able to sort without their help. The rental system can be a complete minefield especially when you weren't expecting to be a landlord and not really sure about all the legalities! However, should I ever do it again I would not hesitate in recommending Whittley Parish.<br>At the beginning, I was thinking I would manage the property myself but having been so impressed, and realising it's not actually that easy, decided in the end it would be better all round to have Whittley Parish manage the property for me which they are now doing.<br>Thank you so much for making the whole process so much less stressful for me :-)

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)The team at long Stratton have great local knowledge, and are very friendly and professional. Rachel, lene and Liam provided excellent customer service. Providing accompanied viewings was a godsend as I have dogs which would have proved very difficult for me to do the viewings alone. I highly recommend them.
28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)After telling my parents their house was worth £75k more than they got for it and over a year without viewings, after reducing the price by above said amount they finally got a buyer. They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!

12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.

From the very beginning, he kept us informed throughout the entire process and was always happy to answer any questions we had.<br><br>Martin created a group chat with my partner and me, which meant we were all kept updated at the same time and communication was always quick and clear. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and really pushed to ensure we completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.<br><br>He was professional, friendly, approachable and genuinely cared about making the experience as stress-free as he could. On completion day, we were welcomed into our new home with flowers, cupcakes, a bottle to celebrate, and a lovely card from the team. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more special.<br><br>We can't thank Martin and the team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home

1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Jade was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I think we would've lost our minds had it not been for Jade and all her support and help. We hadn't sold and bought before so it was a little daunting but Jade answered every question we had a gave us reassurance throughout the process. We would never sell with anyone else now we've had Jade. She is so different from mainstream estate agents and it's such a personal experience. Jade gave us regular updates on our sale and purchase which helped us through the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade to anyone selling. What an amazing, lovely lady who clearly takes pride in her business and loves what she does.

Diogo ensured that I got the best deal possible, constantly looking out for me, and never failed to ensure I understood everything as the process went on. As a first time buyer, I had many questions and Diogo made me feel comfortable enough to ask as many as I needed to!<br><br>Kinga was incredible through the whole process, answering my many, many phone calls, always polite and welcoming and ensuring I knew what was happening constantly.
