From my very first interaction with David, I was impressed by his approach and professionalism. I felt confident straight away and decided there and then to entrust the sale of my mum’s property to the agency. Throughout the process, I had excellent interactions with David, Amie and Chloe. They are a very friendly, professional and customer-focused team, and it is clear that their family-run business takes great pride in providing a personal yet highly professional service. Although the property market was slow, David provided excellent advice and guidance on how best to move the sale forward and speed up the process. His knowledge, support and practical advice were greatly appreciated. I would like to thank David, Amie and Chloe for all their help and support throughout the sale. Their personal approach, professionalism and commitment to their customers really set them apart. I would highly recommend Park Lane Property Agency to anyone looking to sell their property. Went smoothly from start to finish thanks to Erin & Brandon.- 20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)From the moment I contacted Hannah and the Abbots team to value my property after a messy separation, the service i received for the best part of 3 years was phenomenal, very professional and helpful on every step of the way, took some time because of court orders and difficulties with the ex but have managed to sell the property efficiently and as quickly as humanly possible. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars but I can't. I absolutely highly recommend this team to deal with any property issues no matter what the circumstances, they have felt more like friends then business people. I actually made it the court order for Hannah and her team to deal with my property and they haven't faultered at all, I will miss our weekly phone calls and back and forthing.<br>USE THESE GUYS PEOPLE!!!
1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

Sam Callaghan was excellent, both when looking at the property and going through the process, very easy to communicate with and constantly helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend both Leaders and Sam.
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We recently moved into the area and Money Properties were managing the house we were buying. Getting everything through exchange was very challenging, with the onward chain (not managed by MP!) causing major delays that split our family apart for 2 months. Throughout the whole process, the Money Properties team, in particular Tracy, worked tirelessly to manage the process and get us into our home. Out of everyone we were dealing with, the MP team fought our corner harder than anyone (and we weren't even their clients!). If you're looking for an estate agent in Wymondham, and want a team that prioritises the people over the properties, use Money Properties. We were so lucky to have them involved in getting us through the last few months. Many thanks to the team - you are all legends.

They promptly came out to provide us with an honest professional valuation of our house and were quick to actively put it on the Market. Within 6 weeks we were sold! Liam was incredibly proactive throughout our entire move. He constantly chased things up to keep momentum going and kept us updated every step of the way. It was such a relief having someone who genuinely stayed ahead of the game and offered help before we even realised we needed it. At a time that can be very stressful Liam was on hand to reassure us and make the process go through more smoothly. Outstanding service, would highly recommend, Thank you Liam for helping us achieve our dream forever home
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

The staff were helpful, friendly, understanding, efficient and approachable and kept me informed at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house through them.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .

When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

They done all the background checks to make sure people who came and viewed the property were in the position to be able to purchase it if they wished to. My property was listed, not only on Rightmove, but a lot of different places that got seen by a lot people in different areas as well. I would definitely use Arlington park to sell my next property.

She was always on the ball, really friendly and so helpful throughout the whole process.<br>The house buying process was completely new to me and there were times when I had absolutely no idea what was going on, but Kinga was always happy to explain things and somehow managed to make me feel like I wasn’t completely clueless! She kept me in the loop, chased things when needed and was just brilliant at making what could have been a very stressful process feel a lot easier! Thank you so much for all your help Kinga!
