7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. In particular I'd like to thank Isabella for her help throughout this purchase - I hope her manager is reading this; she deserves some recognition!
8th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!
6th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)We sold two properties through Abbots quickly and without problems. Josh was knowledgeable about the local area, professional and friendly. Did a much better job than the more expensive agent we tried previously.

They made sure we were updated every step of the way with the sale of the bungalow and provided some very useful local information. I am very thankful for their support and guidance in making the process stress free!

20th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

We were fortunate to work with them on both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new home, and the process was seamless on both counts. Their communication was excellent, and the team's friendly and knowledgeable approach made the experience stress-free. They were diligent in keeping us updated throughout, which was invaluable given the complexities of buying and selling simultaneously. We couldn't have asked for a better service and highly recommend Arnold Keys to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

We were purchasing a home for my elderly parents, which came with a number of considerations and emotions that made the process a little more complex than usual. Amy took the time to genuinely understand our circumstances and navigated everything with kindness, patience and professionalism. What stood out most was her ability to balance empathy with action. She was sensitive to our situation, endlessly helpful and always one step ahead. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she never left us waiting for answers or updates. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely supported and in very capable hands. Buying a home can be stressful, but Amy made it feel manageable from start to finish. Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated. I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief. I felt she had become my best ally.
29th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)What a team! Definitely NUMBER ONE in North Norfolk. From Big Skies Estates’ first visit to post completion, I have been impressed. My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it. Their dream definitely started with Big Skies Estates’ passion for the house. An unexpected surprise was Big Skies Estates’ post sale goodie bag, what a treat! 3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.

I believe it was Courtney, Jonny and Tara who had helped me and were very informative with the questions I had to ask.
