3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)After suffering from a severe house fire, I contacted Rose in the hope of finding somewhere for my family to live for the next 6 months whilst the house is gutted and sorted. Rose and Janet went above and beyond to help us and even had to deal with the insurance company's accommodation department. Thank you both so much for finding me and my family a temporary place we can call home and for being so approachable and helpful ???? ??

They generated lots of interest in our property and did some of the viewings (having familiarised themselves v well with the property) if needed or if we preferred. We just need to get through the last phase smoothly and we will be very happy ‘bunnies’, thank you.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it. Their dream definitely started with Big Skies Estates’ passion for the house. An unexpected surprise was Big Skies Estates’ post sale goodie bag, what a treat! 12th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
