4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We contacted Brown&Co as they had sold another property for us about nine years previously, which had gone very well. We put this property on the market in 2025 and at this point we were introduced to Elisha who dealt with us very professionally. Elisha was always happy to discuss how to move forward and we felt she always kept us informed of what was happening. If Elisha was on another call she called back promptly and was excellent at responding to questions and following things through. We eventually moved in May 2026 and purchased another house through Brown&Co and very much appreciated the patience and time Mason and Sally spent keeping us informed of progress. They were always both very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Thank you to everyone involved for a successful house move.<br>David and Jane Ramsbottom

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.

4th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)When choosing an estate agent, there is probably one question more important than any other on your mind - is this the agent that I have the most trust and confidence in to list, market and sell my property?<br><br>For me, this question is simply answered by the fact that if I were to sell again, I would choose Gilson Bailey again.<br><br>There are a lot of estate agents out there where you will hear about a lot of issues either with the company as a whole or with individual agents. I haven't had that experience with Gilson Bailey - they know what their business is, they know how to do it well, and they conduct themselves with professonalism, experience and confidence.<br><br>I value their honesty, transparency and realistic expectations and communications - they will tell you how it is, whether you be a buyer or seller, without false promises, and if they don't know something, rather than be misleading like other agents might be, they'll give you an honest answer, and whether you be a buyer or a seller, knowing that you are receiving honest and truthful answers is one of the most valuable qualities that you can ask for.- 22nd Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I would highly recommend Winkworth Estate Agents.
