I experienced an incredibly difficult and complex situation trying to secure my rental property, and it easily could have fallen through if it wasn’t for Hamza’s support and sheer determination. What truly set Hamza apart was the way he built a genuine relationship with both me and the landlord. By earning trust on both sides, he was able to successfully bridge the gap and push through every single hurdle. He completely went the extra mile for me, chasing the paperwork and refusing to give up until the keys were in my hand. His communication was flawless throughout a stressful situation, and his commitment to his clients is unmatched. 27th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.

Biran was friendly, professional, and always responsive throughout the whole process quick to answer questions and happy to help whenever I needed guidance.
26th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Reviews keep getting reported, and deleted!<br>Text message after text message from them about Karma, and how spiritual and honest they are. While refusing to give me invoices for building works they had managed, and overcharged me for! As I am asking them to negotiate the cost of the roof, they have gone ahead, and started installing the roof! Roofers who replaced roof, threw all the concrete debris into the top floor attic room, through roof opening to save money on a second tip! 11th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

He liaised with me and the seller to move things along and made the whole process of searching and then purchasing as stress free as possible.

He dealt with the eviction from start to finish and made the whole process so much easier than I expected.<br>He was always easy to get hold of, kept me updated throughout and was happy to answer any questions whenever I needed him. I never felt like I was chasing for updates or left wondering what was happening.<br>Mohammed was professional, friendly and really went the extra mile to get everything sorted. In a challenging market, Eli got us a good price for the house (when other agents had been quite negative in this regard). He worked hard to smooth over the inevitable issues that came up and we felt that first and foremost that he had our best interests at heart. We can wholeheartedly recommend Eli G Estates.
