Ross and Katarina were both very helpful, responsive and kept us informed at every stage, which made everything much easier during what can be quite a stressful time when moving home.<br>Everything was handled professionally, and we really appreciated their support leading up to our move-in. When we arrived, we also found a lovely little welcome box with some crackers and sweets waiting for us — a simple gesture, but such a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome in our new home.<br>Thank you again to Ross, Katarina and the rest of the Ellis & Co team for making the process so smooth. 12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

He has been friendly, professional and incredibly responsive throughout both the move-in process and our tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and he consistently went out of his way to help whenever needed. They managed to arrange the viewings carefully around my work schedule. They were extremely professional, respectful and easy to communicate with.<br><br>I would highly recommend them!

He immediately made us feel at ease and was always upfront and honest with us, without ever being pushy.<br><br>We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Oliver was always happy to help. He knew what he knew, and if there was something he didn’t, he’d find out for us. He’s been incredibly proactive and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do to help us purchase our new home.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t recommend Oliver and Hossein highly enough. They’ve both been fantastic throughout.
