Whenever anything needed fixing or attention in the flat, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently, and they were always easy to get in touch with when I had any questions. The flat itself was a fantastic space, and it's clear that they place a real emphasis on quality, thoughtful design, and great locations. Those were all priorities for me, and they definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality rental.

19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.

From the onset, they were attentive to our needs, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Because they're still the new kids on the block, they've set themselves a very high standard and it shows in their professionalism and results.<br><br>They stepped us through the entire sales process and catered to our situation very well (we had moved overseas).<br><br>I can highly recommend them if you want to sell (or even buy!), we got a fantastic result, a week after the first call with Lampards we already had two offers, one of which was over-asking, and we got to contract exchange just over a month after that. Absolutely brilliant work by the guys!
