22nd May 2026 (27 days ago)When choosing an estate agent it can be a bit of a minefield! And after a lengthy chat with the team at Bond Oxborough Wadebridge it was clear that they offered a difference worth putting trust in. A trust that was rewarded by the service and the attention from every person, from the senior management to the people who are your daily contact in the process. Their knowledge, expertise and advice goes deeper and is more relevant than other agents, previously experienced, and if you are looking of an agent that understands your locality they are well worth appointing.

We've been booking through them for a good 10 years or more, and they always go out of their way to ensure we have a great stay, whichever rental property we choose. Friendly, helpful and informative, they make the whole experience a joy.
28th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)The agent valued our house and told us that they would get 20 people in straight away for viewings. This was the main reason that we went with them. They told us that they had hundreds of people on their books looking for properties in our area. Needless to say, as soon as we signed the contract, there wasn't one single viewing booked in. Eventually we had one viewing and were told that the gentleman loved it and would like a second viewing with his wife. That never materialised and I was continually chasing the agent for feedback. As we were approaching 6 months with Stratton Creaber and had only had one viewing, we served notice on the contract and instantly had another viewing booked in. Again, we were told that the couple loved the property but had others to view and would get back to them the following week. To date, we have had no feedback from that whatsoever. We were told that there would be a video of our property in the advertising, however, this was just a few photographs strung together with the name of the road over them - they could not get the name of the road correct so even that "video" could not be used. The valuation that we were given at the first visit was one that we were happy with, any less and we would not have put the house up for sale. When the agent returned with the contract for signing, he had put the price at £25k less than that discussed previously. When I said that it had to be at the original price discussed, he said that the commission on any sale would be calculated on the asking price, not the selling price because of this! After over 40 years of home ownership and dealing with numerous estate agents over those years, I can honestly say that this has been our worst experience of an estate agent and would absolutely not recommend them.

She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, helping us secure the purchase and supporting us all the way through the conveyancing process as well. Emily was always responsive, professional, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience so much smoother. We would definitely recommend both Emily and Stags to anyone looking to buy a property.

The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. I would thoroughly recommend this company, and my personal thanks to Charlie, the agent who dealt with me.
6th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Trevillian. What a lovely house, set far enough away from the hustle of the harbour, but close enough to stay in the middle of it. It rained most days, but who cares!? We sat with hot tea (or a glass of wine!) looking out of the gorgeous upper floor living area. CRW are an amazing team, the cleaner is so lovely and the holiday was as perfect as ever! Can’t wait to return!

Despite a particularly terrible solicitor acting for my buyer, Kyle made me feel like he was doing all he could to progress matters and often would take action before I even asked. Would happily use again!
