The application process was handled efficiently, communication was clear throughout, and everything was well organised right up to key handover. Big shoutout to Sam. He was responsive, professional, and on top of things the whole time, making the process easy and stress free. Definitely a great experience overall.

27th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)The office team were very helpful and patient as I tried to set up a date for valuation. The site visit was very good with a verbal proposal. Since then we heard nothing after the valuation letter. This review originally of 3 stars, prompted a phone call from the agent who was somewhat confused on the low rating. I advised them that I had sent a general enquiry to the Fareham office to seek a Best And Final Offer (amongst 4 other estate agents). Subsequently and in short order the revised offer was submitted.

6th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I have just used Chambers Sales and Lettings of Stubbington, Hill Head & Lee on the Solent to sell a house at a distance. Mr Chambers and Shannon Beasley went above and beyond from carrying out viewing's to giving me feedback i did not know i needed, until i realized i did! Shannon also took the time to listen to me and answer questions which enabled me to think through decisions. This support made all the difference and removed what could have been stressful, to becoming manageable. Their communication was excellent by phone and Email. They clearly had really good systems in place and knew the local market well. I would rate them the Best Estate Agent on the South Coast. Would i use them again? Yes 100% They were worth every penny of their fee.
2nd Mar 2026 (25 days ago)They over value every property. Just look at how long they take to sell. Joke - Charters are another agent that over value and give sellers false hope and it just wastes time. Buyers are savvy nowadays! When are these two agents going to realise?!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. 14th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)I can not praise Phil Charman enough, he is an expert in his job. Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.
