Right from the start, the way they presented and marketed our home was first class — it really stood out, and that made all the difference. The whole team were brilliant: proactive with their communication, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. A couple of people deserve a particular mention. Georgina did a great job negotiating the deal — calm, sharp, and clearly working hard to get us the best possible result. And Michelle was superb at progressing the transaction, staying on top of every detail and keeping everything moving smoothly through to completion. If you're after an estate agent who'll genuinely look after you , we'd happily recommend Moving Works. Five stars.

Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim. Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week. Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success. I don't believe this was down to coincidence, I'd give 6 stars if I could but the system max is 5!
