12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)At the end of tenancy, they don't respond to emails regarding the return of the deposit, TDS also didn't get any response from them , poor communication and poor service , not what you'd expect after renting from them for over 10 years . Avoid

13th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.
16th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)I could write a book of good comments about Karen and her staff. It might be possible (but I doubt it) to find an agent in Southport as good. But you could certainly not find one better ! Enormous help was cheerfully and willingly provided to us before putting our (vacant) house on the market as it needed repairs doing and generally refreshing. Karen sourced and arranged all the workmen for us at very reasonable cost. Then the house sold at the full asking price within days of marketing commencing. Following sale, Paige has been in constant touch with the buyer, us and the respective solicitors to update everyone on the conveyancing situation. Faultless, personal, efficient service in every way and with a smile. True excellence and deserving of my highest commendation.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. 18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.
