When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

From our initial meeting and valuation, they really were head and shoulders above the rest, they were incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and professional throughout.<br><br>They took the time to discuss all of the feedback and offers we received and helped us come to the right decision without ever making us feel pressured. Everyone was extremely personable and genuinely cared about us, our sale and what we wanted to achieve.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better team to sell our home and would highly recommend them. 5th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Went for a viewing and was told at that viewing that if I wanted to put in an application then I had to either email or call but no one would be able to receive either until the next day. I called as soon as they opened the next day and was told that the system was being slow but they would send me the application. I emailed after a few hours as I hadn’t heard anything and found that the email address they had communicated with me on had an out of office for a week so emailing wouldn’t do anything. I called them again and was told that the other person I had viewed with had put in an application and holding fee before I had called (which was as soon as they opened). I’m not sure if I believe that but regardless, they gave me incorrect information which cost me a property.

She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me, never making me feel like just another customer. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she went above and beyond to answer questions and provide support, even though the purchase ultimately didn't happen.<br><br>It's rare to come across such a dedicated and approachable estate agent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and the whole Flexi Agent team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
