I dealt with Sky and Danielle, who were both professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. They were always responsive and kept me well informed at every stage, and their guidance and support were second to none. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
8th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

24th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)The worst estate agents ever! Customer service is rubbish! Staffs are extremely rude and useless. They don't work professionally. Especially a woman that keeps hanging up on you when you call them! ?????? Outrageous! They think they own you but they forgot without us(people) there won't be a job for them. I would not recommend this letting agents to anyone.... Just nightmare.. Very very disappointed!

Cameron, who showed us around, was polite, professional, and well organised throughout. He answered all of our questions clearly and provided the information we needed without hesitation. Overall, we found the viewing to be smooth, informative, and genuinely excellent

21st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

Stephen came to value my property and made me feel at ease straight away. The process has taken a long time, due to no fault of their own. Throughout the whole time Stephen has kept me updated and helped me, going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property. Thank you to all (especially Stephen) at Inspire.
17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)The service we received from Homes Partnership was exceptional. Sarah, one of the managers, went above and beyond in helping us in a very difficult house sale due to the time we had acquiring probate. The house sale took on extra problems, but with Sarah's professional advice on contacting our MP to intervene on the excessive time probate was now taking (over a year!) the problem was resolved very quickly. I am sure if it wasn't for Homes Partnership and Sarah's dedication in helping us, we would still be waiting for probate! I cannot recommend enough Sarah and Homes Partnership for the professional, caring, and dedicated service they gave us.. they always went the extra mile at all times through the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough, they were absolutely brilliant!

Their marketing was excellent, presenting the property in the best possible light and generating strong interest from potential buyers. They were also highly skilled negotiators, securing a very good outcome while keeping the process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and consistent at every stage, and I always felt confident that my sale was being handled with great care and expertise. I would highly recommend their services.
10th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!

They were so professional and were fantastic at communicating so we always knew what was going on with the sale of our property. If viewings had taken place we got feedback every time, the went above and beyond. Our only regret was not engaging them sooner and wasting time and money with a different agent. They are an awesome team and even looked after our buyer to help the sale move on quickly. Cannot thank them enough.

I've been dealing with Ellie who's been lovely, she has been very patient with me as Ive had to refer to the contract with her because I didn't understand a few things and she was able to clear them up for me so I understood it. Our property wasn't online very long before we had interest in it and has now had tenants move in.
