She is such a wonderful lady and explained things to us clearly even if she knows that we are just initially planning to rent. Will definitely go back once we're ready to make a move!

All calls, emails etc were responded to quickly, and the whole process was very smooth and easy thanks to him. His management of the property during the tenancy is also fantastic. Cannot recommend him highly enough

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

We had good advice throughout not just selling but also looking for our next property. Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
