They worked in our interest at all times and were particularly effective in the final stages when communications between all parties were required. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Helping our son buy his first property was a really good experience for all concerned. Our son works long house so we handled the whole process on his behalf. Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! From start to finish Jamie was completely transparent with us and we absolutely trusted we were in safe hands throughout. Thank you so much Jamie and your lovely team.<br><br>The Carter Family

Jenna clearly explained the process that needed to be followed, gave us useful guidance, and liaised helpfully and constructively with the landlord, where needed. We were kept informed of the status, and everything moved along promptly and efficiently under Jenna's direction. She was also charming to deal with.

I can’t recommend them enough. Particular shout goes out to Rob who has been my contact for years in Lettings - he’s a real asset.

Just excellent from start to finish and I’m still receiving emails checking that everything is going well. I was going through a very challenging time , but Kate was very patient and provided advice and support at every stage. This is my first renting experience and I feel extremely lucky that I was guided through this by Kate. Exceptionally positive experience.
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We chose Henry Adams to market our home because of the professional approach we saw from our first meeting to value our property.<br>George Hills and his team demonstrated excellent attention to detail, produced beautiful photos, had great communication with us, respected our home during viewings and even though we’ve decided to take a break from selling our home for a few weeks, they’ve supported that decision with great integrity.<br>We’d like to thank them all for their hard work over the last three months.

From first point of contact with Keith to being looked after throughout the purchase by the rest of the Billingshurst office, especially Lindsay who was brilliant throughout. She made sure to push the sale through, keeping to important deadlines and answered any questions we had and before the end of play that day! Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them if we ever looked to move again. 10 stars!!

Their communication, professionalism and accommodation allowed us to complete the works ahead of schedule and to a great standard.

From the first meeting when they came to see and value our home through to exchange it has been very smooth, positive and professional. Max was our key contact in the Worthing office and he kept us updated at every stage of the process. They make great promo videos too! Give them a call.

22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely abysmal service. They cannot even answer qurstions or reply to prospective customers so how on earth would they treat any potential buyer of a property you list with them. Continually ask for answers and chase but no replies.

As a buyer he and the team always have your best interests at heart and provides great advise. I always had peace of mind throughout the sales process and he can absolutely be trusted.<br>When selling a property Alex and his team always went above and beyond to move things foreward and communication was execellent.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
