We have never had an estate agent, previously as a tenant or as a landlord now, that has been so organised, proactive and helpful! Every email is responded to punctually and he’s just on it, always. We couldn’t be happier with the service he is providing us. So this is a ?????????? review on him personally, as we are so incredibly thankful and feel extremely well looked after.<br>I didn’t know how else to give you recognition other than to post on here… but I hope this gets you internal recognition within Acorn, as you are a huge credit to the company.<br>Thanks again Agit!

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Highly competitive fee structure and much fairer than I saw with other companies. Chloe, Bhav and the team managed to find a great tenant within a week of posting the ad.<br><br>Thanks guys hope it continues to go well.

The key differentiator in service is their ability post offer acceptance to bridge the communication gap between all parties (buyer, seller, solicitors) - this really kept our transaction on track. 2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. He was always professional, friendly and incredibly responsive, replying to emails and messages very quickly and answering all of my questions clearly. He kept me updated at every stage, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br>I particularly appreciated how proactive he was in helping the transaction progress. He regularly chased the seller's solicitor and other parties involved to help ensure we completed on time, which I really appreciated. His communication, efficiency and willingness to help made a big difference throughout the process.<br>It was a pleasure working with William, and I would highly recommend him and the John Payne team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely abysmal service. They cannot even answer qurstions or reply to prospective customers so how on earth would they treat any potential buyer of a property you list with them. Continually ask for answers and chase but no replies.

I received an offer within three days of the property being marketed and Mohammed helped me through every step of the process, from arranging clearance and cleaning through to completion.
