After being chased to see if I was interested in a house I viewed which to be honest wasn't up to scratch, I said I wasn't interest because of a few reasons I'd mentioned before and was hung up on! Wouldn't touch them with someone else's barge pole!

Don't get me started on the customer service if I had the option to have no stars then I would not rate this agent. I know they are not based in the nicest of areas but we all deserve to be treated with respect rather then feeling that the customers needs are not being taken into consideration, you ring the agency and no one picks up or you speak to the staff and they seem miserable as if they cannot be bothered to talk or do a days work. when you request information you get told to go onto the website rather then being helpful and addressing your needs. poor lack of customer service and training skills. my girlfriend has emailed in several times about viewing properties and potentially getting a valuation on our home but we have not heard back from the agency. we only wanted to view a property and it seems as though the staff do not care about the buyers. my decision was made to not buy or sell with this agent and instead i have gone with a local agent who addressed my queries quickly.
I've worked with Beaumont Gibbs for the past year providing services in digital media. The whole team were always a pleasure to deal with (Including David Gibbs who I communicated with the most).
If I were ever to move to SE18, I would definitely use Beaumont Gibbs.
They were pleasant to deal with at first but they requested bank statements which were sent onto the seller. This eventually became a scenario where the seller wanted more money saying something along the lines of "you should pay more because you have the money in the bank to do so". We actually thought they were friendly enough but this sort of behaviour isn't acceptable.
I signed a couple of forms and left Robinson-Jackson to get on with it. A very professional helpful service from start to finish. The team kept me updated throughout the process.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Made an appointment with getagents then received no confirmation from the branch even after emailing. When i called they declared that they weren't interested in coming to the property but didn't even think to contact me to let me know. Ridiculous!
Having dealt with Mark Sallnow of David Evans we have found him to be excellent in providing help and assistance in selling our home.
He kept us informed and really kept his word in carrying out all of the things he said he would when we first met him.
I fell ill during the process and Mark did all he could to reassure my wife all would be well and to provide names of people who could assist in the move if I was incapacitated for any period.
A really decent guy, we couldn't recommend Mark or David Evans & Co enough.
Helped us buy a house in Plumstead, good friendly, honest team. Not your usual estate agent types. Even recommended a roofer for us. Would highly recommend.
