Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. Luke was always friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, and kept us updated throughout the process.<br>Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but we always felt that we could reach out with questions and get a quick, reassuring response. We’re especially grateful for Luke’s support during the final stages and for helping everything run smoothly right through to completion.<br>A huge thank you to Luke and the whole team for all their help — we’re absolutely delighted to finally have the keys to our home! They were always ready to answer every question, responded incredibly quickly, and were very practical and professional throughout the process.<br><br>I’m genuinely very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.

12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Scott during a property viewing. Unfortunately, I found his manner to be quite patronising, dismissive and, at times, rude.<br><br>At the beginning of the viewing, I attempted to shake his hand but was completely ignored. While inside the property, I tried multiple times to speak to him and ask questions, but he would frequently walk away while I was speaking or respond in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner.<br><br>The overall interaction made me feel as though my questions and presence were an inconvenience rather than that I was a prospective buyer genuinely interested in the property. I found the way I was spoken to unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional.<br><br>I was genuinely disappointed with the experience, particularly as a property viewing should be an opportunity for prospective buyers to ask questions and feel comfortable engaging with the agent. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I received.

Sophie made the entire process easy from start to finish, keeping us informed throughout and ensuring everything ran smoothly.<br><br>Thank you for all of your support. We have always received excellent service and would happily recommend Mann and Sophie to others.

He made what could've been quite a stressful situation much less so and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)As a newcomer to the UK it can be overwhelming on how to purchase a home when the process is so different from what I am used to. Luckily it felt like we found a good agent to help us along the way; Florence from Chestertons.<br><br>While it is an odd process to deal with a sell side agent directly, I never felt there was any conflict of interest - she was fair and straightforward. Florence was also available to field questions I had thru the process which eased our anxieties.<br><br>I maintain that the whole process here is strange and I would suggest to folks that you should really agonize over the survey (this is my main regret as we have had many things pop up since owning our home despite getting the highest level survey completed) but the help I got from Florence/Chestertons made the purchasing process specifically much less of a stressful situation than I had been warned to expect here in the UK.

27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I had a fantastic experience dealing with Thomas from Stirling Ackroyd. Although I ended up finding a property through another route, Thomas’s dedication stood out. Unlike other agents I’ve had to constantly chase for updates, Thomas was incredibly proactive, he even called me while he was out in Canary Wharf just to check in and help with my search. When I told him I had finally found an apartment, he was genuinely happy for me. It’s rare to find an agent so willing to help.
