Dec 3rd 2018- Recently JLL have become my new property management company - the rental process was very simple, easy and painless & I’ve been in regular contact with my property agent - she’s answered all questions promptly & efficently, all things you’d want during the stressful time of renting.
August 2019- Very difficult tenancy agency to work with when experiencing issues with our rental. Despite a glowing review for their sales team in securing our home, their tenancy care team has been rude, unhelpful and does not deliver in resolving complaints within a suitable amount of time.

KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. I have always been met with professionalism, respect and understanding which is not always the case with some other estate agencies.
Mortgage advise service is particular good. I had very complicated case which i need refinance from current property to purchase another property with few constraints,however it was successfully completed at the end. I was glad with result. Communication was brilliant.

They cancelled a viewing 20 minutes before it was supposed to happen after rushing us to arrange it and suggested all four of us should be there. They told me about the viewing while I called and wouldn't have let me know otherwise.
Excellent customer service from Gladys. She ensured everything went smoothly. We would definitely recommend her as a mortgage advisor. She was always quick to respond to our queries, listening with great patience and quick to resolve any issues.
Don't get me started on the customer service if I had the option to have no stars then I would not rate this agent. I know they are not based in the nicest of areas but we all deserve to be treated with respect rather then feeling that the customers needs are not being taken into consideration, you ring the agency and no one picks up or you speak to the staff and they seem miserable as if they cannot be bothered to talk or do a days work. when you request information you get told to go onto the website rather then being helpful and addressing your needs. poor lack of customer service and training skills. my girlfriend has emailed in several times about viewing properties and potentially getting a valuation on our home but we have not heard back from the agency. we only wanted to view a property and it seems as though the staff do not care about the buyers. my decision was made to not buy or sell with this agent and instead i have gone with a local agent who addressed my queries quickly.
Terence Lane is extremely helpful and very prompt in responding. All the problems, issues, and questions are typically being sorted within few days - such a relief to have understanding and reactive property manager! So far this is the best experience of dealing with property manager in London
Beware ! Worst Letting Agency!! poor service, never reply back on time or call back. They even don't pay deposit back after even 10 times follow up. Let me explain in details.
I was tenant at Nova house slough property managed this agency (Property Manager - Rebecca Snow). I've checked out on 23 Dec 2016 and even till today they have not paid back deposit . I've called them 10 times , Every time reception will note down details, will assure call back from Property Manager. She never calls back or sends email communication. Be aware!! They are good till agreement done then worst.

RE/MAX First. I have no idea what happened to my experience but it was completely different to the other reviews. Communication was sloppy with me doing the chasing. I was told that I was left two voicemails - not to my number. Unprofessional presentation of self, company and customer experience. This did not instill any confidence in their ability to provide even a reasonable service. Messy, sloppy, nonchalant attitude.
Just scrolled to the bottom and it would appear that RE/MAZ First are piggy baking on previous tenants Charles Knights Estates excellent reviews. Initial instinct was correct - cowboys!
