KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. Peach recently helped us secure and complete on the sale of our flat in East London. They were super communicative and helpful throughout the viewings process, and ultimately found our buyer. What we were SO so impressed by though was their help during the long and often tortuous (thanks to terrible solicitors) sales process. Chris was brilliant chasing up solicitors on both sides and kept communication lines open throughout, keeping us sane when it was impossible to get hold of our own conveyancers. Without Chris we wouldn't have known what was happening for the majority of the process and I'm sure it would have taken a lot longer to complete than it did. Definitely recommend!... Read more

Let a property to me knowing that that pipes were leaking in the flat and that renovations were due to happen during the tenancy but failed to mention the extent of those repairs. They were never in the office when needed and as things went sour with the landlord (who was also absentee) due to the issues around their contractors and the landlords insurance problems, they were unavailable. Worst 6 months of my life was spent in a flat let by this crew.... Read more

Do not use the broker in this branch. After going through our payslips, bank statements etc... she said we could get a mortgage for £249,000. She took ages to do the Decision in Principle, then after a week came back with a figure of £205,000. How you can you get a figure that wrong. She was very nice but completely incompetent. In the meantime, I put in an offer on a flat and was devastated that I can no longer continue. Luckily another broker sorted out the mess and did a Aggrement in Principle in two minutes on the phone. I understand quotes can go down but this was a massive decrease and a huge mess up from Mann. What a waste of time for us and also their own staff.... Read more

Fantastic estate agents. We were new to the area and Mark really spent the time to speak to us about not only the properties he was showing us but also information about the location. Reporting to the ombudsman. Unfortunately the rating system forces me to give 1 star. I can only assume that the other reviews are from friends and family. The agency managed to list our property with the incorrect number of bedrooms, WRONG Postcode, a listing full of typos and our spare bedroom as the lead photo online. Absolutely zero attention to detail, sloppy and totally lazy. They didn't even chase any leads and do not have a black book of clients.... Read more

After having several terrible renting experiences in London, I’m always wary of prospective landlords & agencies but Inner City Estates has renewed my faith that not everyone in London is a terrible person! From the first phone call Lenka was 100% kind, professional and friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the process, helping us secure our dream flat and was always patient in answering questions. I cannot thank her and the team enough. Also worth mentioning that I got my full deposit back at the end of the tenancy - none of the usual made up charges!! I highly recommend inner city estates!... We had an extremely smooth process before our move in date. Until we moved in and found out that some of the items that were listed as KEY FEATURES were actually not something that we'd have access to. Moving into the new development, we were advised that we'd have to use a nearby building for our "key features" until our building is complete. I will add the listing, for your own judgement. The building that we have temporary access to, has and will continue to have all of the key features, we will ONLY have a gym and concierge. To move, is to uproot yourself and in this case your family. I write this, very disappointed because everything else was smooth except for this blatant false advertisement, listed as KEY FEATURES. I called, to get clarification, because upon our arrival, we were told that our building will not have such options, ever, and that we will only have access to the other building until our building's gym is ready, and not after. When I called, I spoke to a rep that answered kindly, as usual. When I told her of what I had been told, to my surprise, she began to speak over me, advise me that my "husband was told this" at the viewing (which she wasn't at by the way), etc. I asked her directly of each "key feature" individually, asked her, had he been told that two of the four "onsite key features" would not be available? She then said that she's sure her colleague advised my husband. (Although before she said he was told "at the viewing"). I expressed my disappointment, we pursued this listing based on THEIR description, based on being advised that the KEY FEATURES and the "ON SITE" services/options that are not currently available, will be available. It is very unfortunate as we were especially excited about our new home, especially because of the options that we will not have. It's a beautiful area, beautiful home, but stop the false advertisement, it's not right and it's unnecessary. ***RESPONSE TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER* I have seen your response and when time allows, I will respond thoroughly. For now, I will simply ask you, why make updates to the ad, removing the very things that I pointed out, after my complaint? And after we've already moved in....Quite unusual if you, as you stated, "strongly disagree that any miss selling or misrepresentation of advertising has taken place".
