We are student housing company operating in a number of different countries. We have recently started working with Morgan Randall to expand our London operations. So far, we have received nothing but excellent service. They understand the market well and act swiftly. Their staff are very professional and talented. Bradley, particularly, was extremely helpful. We recommended Morgan Randall to any corporates in need of flats for their staff or client.
I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service.
On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.
Can do nothing but praise them from start to finish. The service was excellent . Always on hand and prompt reply’s to any emails that we sent . Advice you excellent and we was informed more by the staff here than our solicitors. Special mention to hazel at the Plumstead branch who I must have drove mad at times but was always so helpful and professional . I would highly recommend anyone to use this company .
We have recently let our flat with Ryan Allan at the Woolwich branch of Mann Lettings. As first time landlords he helped us throughout the process, was extremely prompt with each stage of the process and understanding of any concerns we had. The fees were very competitive and we were not hard sold any extras just given information on what is legally required, what is optional, the additional services they offer and then allowed to make our own choices. I would defiantly recommend this service to other landlords.
Highly disappointed so far in the 5 weeks that the Woolwich Branch was appointed to sell my house. I felt my complaints about the service was dismissed with defensive responses, emails are selectively not responded to, and I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for my property details to be sent to be for approval, which was promised over a week ago, and chaser emails again not responded to. They were extremely quick to chase me when looking to sign a contract, but once the contract has been signed, it's all gone downhill, from my perspective as a client with a huge lack of communication. I've asked them to release me from the contract so I can go elsewhere to find another agency who will seriously market my property but again no response.
We used Danson Property Services to sell our house back in 2019. Kevin and his team couldn't have done more for us and found us the perfect buyer for our house. They offer a very professional service and are friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to you.
Rented a property through them, terrible service not willing to help i any way and often i impossible to get hold off DO NOT USE.
Edit: The comment from the owner of this business are false statementsI am reviewing them for the time they served that was longer than 6 months that included them not even releasing that the property was change in management by the landlord. I have waited to review as I did not want this to effect my service from them while I was with them

Having worked with Sue before I was keen to use John Payne again because I was working away from home whilst my property was on the market. The move also involved a long distance relocation and I needed to work with an agent I could trust.
That said, the point where Sue and all her team really pulled the stops out was towards the end on the sale. The chain lower down became very challenging and nearly collapsed...twice! Lucy, my main contact, was an absolute superstar, exceptional. Without her, I doubt the move would have happened and my sanity would certainly not have lasted. From phoning round for new removal companies to keeping solicitors on their toes, it really felt like Lucy cared about the sale and the stress was shared. She went above and beyond and I'm very grateful to now be settled in my lovely new home.
Their rates are also competitive.
My impression is that this agency is managed in a very chaotic way. I rented through them over an year ago and I can summarise my experience as follows:
-Made an offer - specifying the terms (what was needed in the flat) and the offer was accepted
-Had the terms confirmed in writing.
-Days before moving in, have been advised that some of those terms were not going to be fulfilled
-Argued that it was not a professional behaviour and wanted to rescind the offer
-Advised that that was not possible as these were minor terms, had one of the persons dealing with the contract (in total I believe the offer/contract was managed by 4 or 5 different people) put down the phone while we were still talking
- Was contacted by the customer service and expressed how unhappy I was and never heard from them again
The lack of care and professionalism experienced makes me promise to never ever engage with them again. I really can't recommend them
