When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.

They brought in a lot of potential buyers. They communicate well and provide feedback after every viewing. They respect your property. A friendly and professional team.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

Very kind, patient & helpful She has regularly updated me with the progress of my sale & her advice & wisdom is second to none Overall a very positive experience I would & have recommended Richard Kendall, to other people Also sold my previous property in Ossett with Richard Kendall

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. Unlike other estate agents who gave inflated valuations just to win our business, Kevin provided an honest, realistic appraisal. He was incredibly upfront about the current poor market conditions, choosing integrity over a quick pitch.<br><br>His market knowledge is truly outstanding, and the boutique, one-on-one service he provides makes a massive difference. You never feel like just another number. Kevin is the only estate agent I would instruct, and I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and honesty.

They went above and beyond to rectify a problem following a leak and property damage at my rental property this year - supporting me and the tenants alike and sorting a range of issues in under a week.<br><br>Giving it was a stressful time I could not have hoped to work with a better partner than Marcus and the team and so grateful to keep working with them.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
