28th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I had a very positive experience with Junior, who showed me several apartments on Saturday morning in Crystal Palace. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
27th Oct 2021 (5 years ago)Simon Darvill and Rian Formon assisted us with the sale of our property in Crystal Palace. Whilst it was a challenging process through the pandemic, they both did a great job and provided an ultra-professional service. Many thanks
5th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Jason and his team performed exceptionally well throughout
2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a perfect experience with Cubix. Raste managed our property and he was wonderful, super attentive and genuinely wanted us to have a comfortable tenancy. We appreciate you Raste! Highly recommend
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Second bad experience letting my property through them after Andrews estate agent.
Over valuated ended 4 weeks in the market with no interest, viewers complains (we noticed it after giving it to another agent as they came for a second viewing)
Very disappointing!!!
I don't really understand what the estate agents think about landlords very rich ?????? ?????? so bad

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)We've been renting with Northwoods for 2.5 years and they're fantastic. We were in another property and when that landlord sold, they were extremely supportive about helping us into another property nearby. They always go above and beyond to help, are quick to service issues and really friendly. Special mention to David Hackshaw for being the best! After 10 years renting, they are without a shadow of a doubt the best agency I've ever had and after many subpar rental experiences, they have restored my faith in agencies. Thank you, Northwoods!
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)The best estate agents I’ve ever worked with. My sale was quite complex, with delays and hold ups in the chain that were outside our control, but the team went above and beyond to keep things moving. They handled everything with professionalism, urgency and a personal touch that I really appreciated.

Communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, someone was there to answer, and I always felt confident they were working hard behind the scenes. They were approachable, trustworthy and easy to work with throughout.

A special thank you to John for his patience with my frequent requests for answers and updates, and to Terrence for his work behind the scenes, pushing the sale forward and showing a real urgency to get things done. Thank you also to Jamie for making me feel welcome from the outset and giving me confidence that I’d chosen the right estate agents.

I really appreciate everyone’s efforts in getting the sale over the line. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Absolutely abysmal service. They cannot even answer qurstions or reply to prospective customers so how on earth would they treat any potential buyer of a property you list with them. Continually ask for answers and chase but no replies.
18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.
She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.
When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.
At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.
She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.
She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.
I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
8th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Buying your first home is a bit of a daunting process but Steve was great with his communication and supported us throughout, and we are now one week settled into our new home! Highly recommend!
11th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We had a fantastic experience buying our new home. Ashley was proactive and responsive the whole way through, friendly to deal with and went above and beyond to help manage the chain and make sure our purchase got over the line!
6th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)Justin and team have been incredible. Their sales strategy led to 7 offers in one WE, and it wasn’t an easy house to sell either as it had been lived in for 50+ years and had its share of clutter and zero maintenance. Justin supported all the way through the sales process, was always available to help, and personally visited to get documents signed. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)????? Highly recommend Akash at The Property Club

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.

His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I look forward to working with him again on my future property investments.

Thank you again, Akash!
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)????? Exceptional Service from Charlotte & Hannah – Barnard Marcus Croydon

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus Croydon for the exceptional service and support they gave me throughout the sale of my late father’s property.

This was not a straightforward transaction. As the property formed part of an estate, there were complications and unexpected delays along the way, including matters outside the estate agent’s control. Throughout all of this, Charlotte and Hannah remained professional, patient, responsive and genuinely supportive.

Charlotte’s communication was outstanding. She kept me informed, responded quickly whenever I needed assistance and continually helped to keep the transaction moving. There were times when the process became stressful and frustrating, but I always felt that Charlotte was doing everything she reasonably could to help get the sale successfully over the line.

Hannah was equally professional and supportive. It was very reassuring to know that there was such a strong and dependable team behind the sale.

What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was simply another property transaction. Their approach was personal, caring and professional from beginning to end.

After everything involved in this sale, reaching completion was a huge relief. I am genuinely grateful to Charlotte and Hannah for the part they played in making that happen.

I am now dealing with another estate property matter, and if that property becomes available for sale in the future, I would have absolutely no hesitation in returning to Charlotte and Hannah at Barnard Marcus.

Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Your hard work, patience and kindness have been greatly appreciated.

Highly recommended. Five stars without hesitation.
