He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Thank you, Junior, for all your help and support – it was truly appreciated!
15th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Terrible letting agency with lack of transparency. I went for a viewing for one of their properties and the agent who attend did not even have any information on the property, or even which room was being offered. They took me through the process of acquiring the room then silence for days.<br><br>I called them and they said that they had given it to someone else. This was a 1 day after I had followed up on the room and moving in<br><br>A though was not given to contact me and inform me about the proceedings<br><br>A Very unprofessional company and letting agency. The worst I have ever experienced.I come from a family who work in letting agencies or own one abroad so this experience was far from good.<br><br>Even at the end of the Call they didn’t even offer to see if they could help furthers or suggest alternatives. Terrible experience indeed.
23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.
28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We were very pleased with the service offered by Black & Blanc. They were local and it was not a routine sale since the flat was owned by three people ; two lived in France and one, being quite ill, was often in hospital in the UK. This made arranging viewings a bit more difficult to manage but they were successful in this and the sale was made quickly and at the price we had asked for. It was important that the three owners were kept up to date with progress and informed of the evolving situation which the agents did regularly by WhatsApp and email which worked really well.

Within 2 weeks, Mark found me a serious buyer and within 9 weeks we exchanged contracts. Everyone was so responsive and worked hard to push things through quickly. I wish I went with them in the first place! Could not have asked for more.

Everything was seamless from viewing all the way to completion, and we can’t recommend or thank them enough! Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

Elle Osborne and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Elle incredibly helpful, always keeping me updated and making sure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her communication, knowledge and dedication really stood out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’m so grateful for all the support and hard work from Elle and the team at EO Estate Agents, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poorly marketed and didn’t even sell the house, had to go with another agent and within 24 hours had a viewing whereas after 6 weeks with TAUK we had absolutely nothing!
4th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.

From the moment we met Ian when we were choosing an Estate agents, all the way through the process of the sale , they have been superb.<br>I have to give a special mention to Alison whose support, excellent communication and professionalism made sure everything went smoothly. If I could vote for the best estate agent of the year, I would vote for Marriott Vernon. If you choose them to sell or buy through, you will not be sorry. An amazing company.
