28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I chose to sell my flat with the KFH Dulwich village team after a poor experience with a different estate agent. Having met Sharon when viewing an onward property, I was impressed with her communication and the experience as a potential buyer, which encouraged me to instruct KFH. Throughout my sale Sharon, Henrik, Sylvia and the team were pragmatic, reassuring, but also honest and direct in their communication, which was really helpful navigating a tricky sale in a difficult market. I felt they did the best they could to get me the right price and buyer. After offer acceptance, Sharon in particular closely followed the process and helped to coordinate between all parties to unblock obstacles. Offer to acceptance was pretty smooth sailing, and I credit that in large part to Sharon's involvement. Thank you KFH team!

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

The viewing for a 1?bedroom flat in Elephant & Castle was arranged the same day, quickly and efficiently, and the property matched all my expectations. The agent was exceptionally professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything felt very well organised, which made the whole process easy and stress?free.
7th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I knew Barnard Marcus had an agency in Peckham, it felt local. Liam (Small), the Manager, immediately booked an appointment to visit my apartment to discuss the sale. Liam clearly knew the building, knew the figures for all recent sales of apartments in the building. I was certainly invited to discuss the price at which I’d like to sell the flat. It was clear that Liam and Barnard Marcus knew how to sell online. All very professional, a price was set.
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a horrible letting agency. They took all of our deposit, the entire two month deposit. £2500 gone. They WILL exploit you. They will take your money. I even paid close to £300 on the professional cleaning service that this good for nothing agency suggested. We paid all of our rents on time, all bills on time. Kept the property like we were living in our own home. If you are unfortunate enough to have to take a house with them i suggest you do not engage with agent called LUKE PEGG. if you are hearing from this man they will be taking your money. I hope this agency goes out of business. No one reads comments but if you are reading this AVOID SAMUEL ESTATE AND LUKE PEGG. Scam, exploitative, unprofessional.
16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

The whole process of buying my home was smooth and stress-free thanks to their guidance. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. 4th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)I would like to share my experience with landlords who are thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be very happy to take full year commission from you the moment they have found a tenant for you but they will not refund you in cash if your tenant moves out early say after month 2 in my case. They will not return you the commission even if you no longer wish to rent out your property. Be very careful if you are considering using Foxtons. I see the business practice as totally unfair and have shared with all my neighbours and community groups. People need to be aware of it. I will share it over the social platforms as well to promote awareness. Think about selling your property through Foxtons. Would you want to use a company like this? I wouldn’t.

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Worked with Bhoday Estate Agents for the successful selling of our flat in Deptford. Javaid was excellent - affable, knowledgable and quick to respond to any queries I had. They made the whole process as smooth as possible. Would recommend and absolutely approach again.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is. Will update this review accordingly in the coming weeks/months.
