24th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. Also, we must mention Julia, who too is very prompt and with a positive attitude, ready to sort necessary things out! Well done Ladies for examplar service and thank you very much for your support!

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 31st Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)We were extremely impressed selling our house through Bovingdons this summer, in a difficult market they were persistent, very polite and great communicators. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
10th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

6th May 2026 (0 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
