A big thank you to the assigned estate agent, Izzy Blatch, for the friendly induction and swift paperwork. Everything was as smooth as it could get, both when settling in and when vacating the property.

1st Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Overall I had a very good experience with Gascoigne-Pees. During the valuation process Tom & Dylan had by far the most positive approach compared to a number of other local estate agents and this was the main reason I opted to sell my apartment with them. Dylan maintained a good level of communication throughout both the sale and onward purchase and was always there on the other end of the phone when ever I had any questions to ask. Thanks all!
14th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)What an awful experience I’ve had with Mr Homes. Although the team was initially efficient in finding a tenant and completing the referencing, everything that followed was deeply disappointing. Communication after the contract was signed became appalling, and the agents demonstrated a clear lack of competence regarding the bond protection process.<br><br>It took the agent 11 days to provide me with a copy of the contract, despite repeated requests. This delay meant the bond protection had to be completed at the last minute. Instead of acknowledging their own failure to supply the required information, they sent me a threatening, legally?worded email, which was entirely inappropriate given the circumstances.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue.<br><br>Despite this, I remained patient and attempted to work with them to resolve the issue. It became apparently that the agent simply could not understand how the bond protection process works, so the CEO became involved.<br><br>Unfortunately, the CEO’s involvement made matters worse. He spoke to me on the phone in a patronising, condescending and dismissive manner, clearly assuming I was ignorant of the process and showing no awareness of the events leading up to his involvement.<br><br>While the agent’s mistakes could be attributed to inadequate training, the CEO’s prejudicial demeanour and belittling tone reflect a deeper cultural problem within the organisation, one that cannot be resolved through training alone.<br><br>Update: I have submitted a formal complaint with supporting evidence. The delays referenced in the CEO’s response were caused by the company not providing the tenancy agreement for 11 days post contract execution, despite repeated requests. All statements in this review are supported by email and call logs.

Tommy has been absolutely amazing from start to finish — always professional, friendly, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He genuinely went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Bethan has also been fantastic and has been so helpful throughout. They’ve both been a pleasure to deal with and have made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work and support — it’s very much appreciated! ?

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

I’ll be honest, I was quite a difficult client at times as I was very stressed throughout the process, but Alex handled me extremely well and also managed the seller, who had a strong character, with professionalism and patience. I really appreciated that.<br><br>The sale went through much faster than I expected, which was a big positive. Communication throughout was regular and clear, and I never felt like I had to constantly chase for updates.<br><br>What really stood out to me was that Alex went above and beyond what I would expect from his role. He even helped me print and post documents to make sure everything was completed quickly and correctly. As I wasn’t experienced with the process and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with my solicitors, this extra help made a real difference.<br><br>I’m very grateful for Alex’s patience, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

They were incredibly helpful and supportive, and also put me in touch with some great contacts to help with my property needs.<br><br>A special mention to Conor, who went above and beyond. After hearing that we had sadly lost our dog, he even gave us a thoughtful gift in sympathy, which was such a kind and personal gesture that we really appreciated.<br><br>Fantastic service, genuinely caring people, and a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Carr Williams to anyone looking for support with their property search!

Sophie consistently went above and beyond the remit to ensure everything ran smoothly, and her responsiveness meant that no question or request was ever too much trouble. 28th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Five stars – patient and tenacious<br><br>We accepted an offer on our property and finally completed six months later. The delay wasn't down to our agent, Stuart Lawson at Lawsons. It came from problems in the chain below us, which was consistently slow and disorganised, and turned what should have been a simple sale into a farce.<br><br>Despite that, Stuart stuck with it. He chased every party in the chain, week after week, and kept us informed even when things were convoluted for no reason. He never let the sale drift or lose momentum. It would have been easy for progress to stall completely given how things were moving elsewhere in the chain, but he kept pushing until we got there.<br><br>If you want an agent who treats a sale as their job to see through, not just to list and forget, Stuart Lawson at Lawsons is who I'd recommend.

He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.<br><br>His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Alex and Daisy were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and within 2 weeks we had an offer on our house. The communication throughout the process has been excellent. We would highly recommend AR Real Estate.
2nd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)?????<br><br>We recently dealt with HPrestige regarding a tenancy and, although unfortunately it didn't work out in the end, I really wanted to leave a review because of how impressed we were with Harpreet and Ben throughout the whole process.<br><br>Harpreet found what was genuinely the perfect property for our family, so we were extremely disappointed that, due to circumstances completely outside of the agency's control, we were ultimately unable to proceed with it.<br><br>From day one, Harpreet was amazing. He went above and beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent. He was always available, constantly kept us updated and repeatedly chased things on our behalf. He was even messaging us with updates in the evenings, which really showed that he was completely on top of everything and genuinely cared about getting things sorted for us.<br><br>When the situation became more complicated, Ben also got personally involved and was equally brilliant. Both of them dealt with what could have become a very difficult situation in an incredibly professional, fair and pragmatic way. At no point did we feel ignored or left wondering what was happening.<br><br>Having dealt with many estate agents over the years, this experience really stood out. It's easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but I think you learn much more about a company and the people behind it when something goes wrong. Despite us not ending up with the property, we came away with an extremely positive impression of HPrestige because of the way Harpreet and Ben handled everything.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to use HPrestige again or recommend them to others.
