10th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Although we didn’t end up buying through Connells in Eastleigh (we bought through their Romsey branch), Dan, Hobbie and Hayden could not have been more helpful. They took time to understand our needs, explained everything in as much detail as we needed, and even gave honest advice relating to properties being sold by other agents when asked (those other agents, incidentally, didn’t appear to have the level of knowledge Connells do). We truly felt like Connells were working with us to find the right property at the right price, rather than just wanting to sell to us. Highly recommended from a buyers perspective.

Charlie came to estimate the sale price of my house and was really upfront and honest, I felt I could trust him immediately as he was saying his honest opinions rather than what I might want to hear as other estate agents had done. Frances was great througout, arranging my viewing of properties for me to buy and always prompt and helpful. Then finally Sam has been really tenacious in getting my purchase through and driving the solicitors onwards. Thanks to you all so much! A really great experience.

I had a massive issue on the night of the 27th of March when storm Nelson hit. I tried to secure the sliding door that goes to the balcony and the mechanism system just broke whilst the door was half opened. I had hailstones and water coming inside the flat + the awful winds. I couldn't sleep that night but I contacted Mitch earlier in the morning and explained my urgent situation and how I need it urgent help and he was really amazing. He understood the urgency of the issue and made sure to coordinate a maintenance team to help fixing the sliding door (provisionally) so no more water could come in. Thanks Mitch.

27th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)In the past few months, I tried to buy a property through an agent. I sent many emails but got no replies. When I called, they always said the property was already sold. Even when I saw a listing on Rightmove and called them, they said I couldn't view it and would have to wait over two weeks. This hasn't just been my experience, but also that of my friends. They say the staff are not helpful, especially with arranging viewings. It seems they don't want buyers to see properties, and it takes too long to schedule a viewing. This service is not acceptable, and I can't recommend the company.
12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)100% recommend PURE. They've made renting out my flat a very seamless experience for some years now taking care of everything and quickly. Bethany has always been very helpful but more so recently working hard to secure new tenants.
1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Left the property last August and still waiting to get our deposit back. Taking the steps now to take legal action against them, it seems that we are not the only ones being abused. They even came inside of our property when we were still living there without our authorisation. If anyone had issues with them please contact me via Facebook, Paola Crespo Lombardia, so we can build a case against them together

22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Laura, Anna and Amy at Leaders in Hedge End were brilliant. We have a property in Hedge End but live overseas, so letting our property was not without challenges. They were great and we would definitely recommend them
13th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)We had them as a managing agent of our home. At every opportunity they aimed to take money from us and mess us around as students. Didn't fix any of the issues we raised that meant six of us had to live from one fridge for a few months. Didn't mention the knotweed in the garden that we had to deal with. Withheld some of our deposit (£90 for fixing a toilet seat for example) that we later found out from the next tenants they didn't even fix. One of the tenants had to essentially live in the library or anywhere else as his room's walls were so damp and covered in black mould even though he barely spent any time in there and left the window open. They tried charging him £240 for the state of his walls as they got the before and after photo mixed up (the after photo was better as he had scrubbed his walls clean with appropriate black mould remover!!). Absolute hell and quite unpleasant people to deal with. Wouldn't recommend if you have to deal with them managing your property, they do not care about students!

19th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Where do we start? Jackson Bailey were 10/10 when selling our home. During what was an incredibly protracted process, which took six months from start to finish; Ben and the team kept in continual contact and chased where needed to ensure that the relevant progress was made. Having sold with JB, but purchased through a useless purple online agent (whose own ‘sales progression’ service was dreadful, talk about ‘commisery!’); Ben had to step-in and liaise on both our sale and purchase; doing the job of our seller’s agent at times too! Communication was clear, constant and effective, and we found the WhatsApp group an excellent way of getting updates outside of normal working hours. A refreshing change from having to leave constant voicemails to other agents in the chain. Overall, a justifiably FIVE STAR service from Jackson Bailey. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell in the local area and cannot thank them enough for their efforts.

We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.
