25th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)We were persuaded to use an auction method. But there was no communication regarding viewings or once the auction ended. There was little to no vetting of potential buyers. Messages and emails went unanswered. Altogether a poor experience and we went with a different agent who delivered a confirmed sale two weeks later.
16th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing with my partner for 6pm. Called several times to confirm viewing as we were travelling over an hour away and never showed up. Stuck around for 20 minutes just to give the benefit of the doubt. Tried calling several times and no answer either. Time and petrol wasted thanks to this estate agents. Incredibly unprofessional!! Update; we arrived at 5:30 and stayed until 6:30pm. Yes, we knocked a few times and clearly no one was at home. We attempted to call the office and there was no answer. We left a note and the tenant eventually called us. Regardless of who is supposed to show us around, the estate agents are the ones managing the sale of the property. In the time we were scheduled to have our viewing and when we actually got to see the property, we placed an offer elsewhere.
4th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Stephen was an amazing throughout the entire process. We had some frustrating points due to very slow solicitors but Stephen stayed on top of what was outstanding, was always available to answer questions and just generally really helpful. I highly recommend!

Ed was our Estate Agent for our House Purchase and given we were first time buyers, he went over and above to get everything over the line and took time to explain it all to us. 1st Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.
5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

She guided me from the start of the process to the end and even checked up on me after moving in to make sure I settled in well. She always made sure I was not rushed to make any hasty decision and made sure to explain everything in details. She even went out of her way to ensure I moved in earlier than planned as I had to move earlier than expected.

Lewis would give regular updates on prospective buyers, viewings and just generally kept me informed of all situations. It felt like he was working hard to get the right price for both myself and prospective buyers, I would highly recommend dealing with Lewis at Gilbert and Rose. After a sale was agreed I was put in touch with Claire Skilbeck who was my sales processor, Claire was great - she kept me fully informed throughout the sale, giving me regular updates and it felt like she was really pushing all sides to try and get the exchange/completion to happen smoothly and quickly.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Sophie in particular has been excellent. Great communication and tenacious to the last! Jake and Mickey have been great, a real personal touch and attention to detail that you just don’t get with the big estate agents. I would recommend them every day of the week. Many thanks to a great team.
