1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bola the director has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across from an estate agent. Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!- 8th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Amazing agency, in particular Mr. Giancarlo. Matthew made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and offering support from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout, which made everything so much easier. Lina and Helen were also lovely to deal with—always more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent in South West London

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)The office staff behaviour seem shambolic in my opinion. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. 12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Moving house is always a stressful experience, but Hume Homes were incredibly helpful compared to many of the other estate agents we encountered. They provided a proper face-to-face viewing of the property and maintained very quick communication throughout the whole process. If anything needed doing, it was sorted out immediately. Now that we have moved in, we are still in the process of truly making it our own by buying furniture, but it is brilliant to have finally found a place in Streatham right near the town centre and train station. I would highly recommend their services!
