Additionally they are not respecting my contract terms and trying to overcharge me for the end of the tenancy. I have had to hire lawyers to avoid them abusing other more vulnerable tenants

2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. He was always, polite, efficient and accommodating. Excellent service! Many thanks Tommy and Garton Jones.

She was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Khotol made everything feel smooth and stress-free, keeping us informed every step of the way and going above and beyond to help wherever she could.<br><br>It’s not often you find such genuine, attentive service in the property market, and we really appreciated the care she put into everything. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock

4th Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

23rd Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)After years of being routinely disappointed by incredibly poor service of two large and well known managing agents, I contacted Eldridge Estates and they have been nothing short of brilliant. I cannot overstate how helpful Azadul was and has continued to be since he came to view my property. He arranged repair work, found great tenants quickly, and went out of his way to make things easier for me frequently. I wish I’d contacted E.E. years ago. It would have saved me countless headaches and a lot of money too. I high recommend them.
