We were dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor on the seller’s side and they were incredibly proactive in chasing and providing information to all parties. As a first-time buyer, I had hundreds of questions which they always answered quickly and in such a friendly manner. Every single person across the rest of the team has also been excellent whenever I have called. Thank you, all!!

He took the time to understand my concerns about the flat and, where possible, went the extra mile to investigate potential issues. He provided a detailed Level 2 survey report and took the time to talk me through the findings. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and reliable surveyor, I'd highly recommend getting in touch with Richard.

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. Communication was smooth, I always received quick replies, I always understood the process and at what stage we were at. All the staff were a pleasure to work with. Kate in particular, who helped me once my offer was accepted, was so helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout our communication. She always went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what was happening, and helped me with any questions I had. Can’t recommend them enough!
