9th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.- 5th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. 28th May 2026 (22 days ago)We really recommend Bradley from Hunters. His professionalism was completely unmatched. From start to finish, he was personable, attentive, and absolutely brilliant. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our house in Forest Hill, and honestly, we wouldn’t have managed to get everything over the line so smoothly without him. What really stood out was Bradley’s ability to sell the vision of our home. We were selling a large five-bedroom house that was quite complex and needed a lot of work, so it took someone very skilled to help potential buyers see its potential. Bradley was fantastic during every viewing. He really took the time to understand our vision for the house and communicate that to buyers in such a genuine and effective way. Before choosing Hunters, we spoke with two other estate agents that were nowhere near the level of service Bradley provided. The difference was incredible. Another thing we really appreciated was Bradley’s dedication throughout the process. He always arrived well before potential buyers to prepare for viewings, and afterwards he stayed to give detailed feedback to me and my fiancé, which honestly felt unheard of compared to our previous experiences. He always removed his shoes too without asking, and was great with our dog and cats. We are so grateful to Bradley because without him, we truly don’t believe we would have sold the house as quickly or as smoothly as we did. We couldn’t recommend Bradley and Hunters highly enough.

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I had tried to sell my freehold house for many months with previous agents. While many viewers loved the house, I never got any compelling offers. There are not that many freehold houses with this size and this many bedrooms for such an affordable price - all market estimates were higher. Then I instructed Foxtons and they sold the house for me. I worked with Francis Wilson. He was easy to approach, always picked up my phone or called me back quickly. Francis was also personally involved in the conveyancing process when we faced some obstacles. I would definitely recommend Foxtons.

We had the sale up with another agent for 6 months within 2 weeks with Marsh Parsons 3 offers and it completed last week. Whenever we called they listened and acted swiftly but they helped in anyway they could. Phil and I do not have enough words to put down on this team focus,service and most of all listening Well Done Team Joy and Phillip
