2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I chose Rampton Baseley purely because I clicked with them & everyone was so forthcoming & approachable<br>I tried other local Estate agents & they just wasn't "me".<br>Jack Hargreaves was the agent involved in my sale, he is easy to get on with, kept me updated, even on his time off. Very knowledgeable as well.<br>Even got £5k OVER asking price.<br>TBH everyone at Northcote R&B are great.<br>I would recommend them every time..

He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and made it very easy to keep me notified of viewings, and thorough with providing feedback. Once the flat was Under Offer, Emilia handled the sale process and kept me updated throughout. Her calm, encouraging and positive attitude was just what was needed. I would highly recommend choosing KFH for your property sale.
15th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I am flabbergasted by the reviews of Keatings, in particular Christian. I can only imagine they are being deleted as I have been part of numerous conversations with people in the SW2 area who have had dealings with him, and previous colleagues of his and all experienced the same challenges. He is condescending, rude and lazy. Raised his voice multiple times out of frustration and made zero effort to represent the interests of the seller. He just forwarded emails across and made me deal directly with a challenging buyer as opposed to make any effort to represent me. I could not discourage you from using him any more. He makes a stressful situation more stressful and takes nothing off your plate, merely adds to it.

His industry experience and market knowledge have really counted in the current market. I’ve particularly appreciated his attention to detail and thoughtfulness given the time zone differences negotiated during the process.

Communication was always clear and prompt, with no chasing required. There were very few problems with the property, and the handful that did come up were fixed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Shannon listened to what we were looking for and showed us two amazing apartments, one of which was perfect and is now our home.<br><br>Once the offer was accepted I thought that would be it, but Shannon stayed in touch throughout, checking all was on track, chasing up answers and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Shannon if you're looking for a home or investment property. He provided us with excellent property options, all of which were of a very high standard.<br><br>What really stood out was his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Alex even went into the office on a Sunday afternoon to make sure we could secure our offer. That level of commitment and customer service is truly exceptional. 7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)While I was still living at the property, I returned from a short lunchtime trip to Lidl and found a Marsh & Parsons representative with my landlord inside my bedroom, despite me having received no 24 hours’ written notice and having agreed no mutually acceptable appointment for access. I have now escalated the matter formally because I am deeply dissatisfied with both what happened and the way my complaint is being handled.
