3rd Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)We rented a property in Chingford from 1 February 2026 through Claremont Estates. Zak and Mafiz acted as a great bridge between us, the landlord, and Goodlord. The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

The property was handed to us in a great condition. Ines and Sean have been really helpful in communication and checking in between us and the sellers. We are really happy with this purchase.
1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have used Jason and his team for 5 years now first in purchasing a flat then managing and letting it. They have always been thoroughly professional and efficient throughout this period. I would highly recommend and most certainly the best estate agent I have come across.

21st May 2026 (29 days ago)Pettyson may be good for sales, but their lettings team let's the side down! We have been renting for 10 years, and the last 4 have been with Pettyson. We have had multiple issues with the flat, but Pettyson were not helpful and seemed to care more about the landlord than us, who were actually paying to live in the flat. Check out was just as unprofessional, with the checking agency providing us with all the relevant information, while Pettyson stayed silent.... Well, except to email us to ask if we could facilitate a viewing, three days after we vacated the property. Good luck future tenants!

27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Be very fearful of this agency. When we moved in, their agent Laura confirmed that du to our daughter suffering from pneumonia and having a serious of respiratory issues, the landlord could deal with the mould in property before we moved in. After we moved in they did not deal with it, and they ignored all of our messages relating it. Upon moving out, at the end of the one year term, they assisted the landlord in ensuring there was enough of a grey area where they could claim that we did not give notice for the end of our tenancy properly. As a result, they took an extra months rent, amounting to £5000, and stayed silent through the process whilst we attempted to take this back. At the end of adjudication the landlord ended up taking it, as they’re clear knew what they were doing and ensuring that they could take this money from a young family, despite us having moved out of the property in time, liaising with them to hand over the keys, and the landlord actually staying in the property and making used to the property after we moved out. I have never dealt with such an agency in my life - they knew the landlord would do this and never found it appropriate that once we moved out, the landlord intended to keep our entire deposit sum.

They went above and beyond to ensure my move in happened quickly and painlessly. Would absolutely recommend for a pain free moving experience.

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)We met Tommy Chalker a few months ago. He was very helpful in allowing us to see a property 3 times when we were not in a position to make an offer. By the time we did have an offer on our own house we had found another property which we liked equally. We knew Tommy had worked hard in getting the GJ property reduced to a price we could afford so it was disappointing that we opted for the other property. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

The staff at the Ruislip Office were amazing. So professional and helpful with admin and paperwork and dealing with the solicitors. But also so grateful for their emotional support and empathy, they were outstanding,. So please, if you have a property to sell in the future, then I can’t recommend them enough ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????
