They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Throughout what can be a stressful process, he was consistently professional, hardworking, and utterly committed to getting the sale over the line.<br><br>One thing that stood out was how easy he was to reach. In our experience, good communication can make all the difference, and Edward delivered on that front every time. On the occasions when he wasn’t available, his colleagues stepped in seamlessly — helpful, understanding, and clearly working as a team rather than in silos.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending Edward and the wider Knight Frank team to anyone looking to sell their property. A genuinely excellent experience.

We were relocating back to the UK which made communication a little trickier. rose was extremely proactive in supporting us and presenting highly suitable options to consider. Communication was great throughout the process and Rose was great at working around time zones. Ultimately, we secured an ideal property in a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Rose and Hamptons to anyone looking for a new home.

The staff was kind and accommodating (Katie, Megan, Angela), and when something needed addressed, Rachel was helpful, responsive, and prompt. A rare bright spot in this awful market. Would gladly let a property advertised by Cavendish.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.

She conducts herself in such a professional manner, is understanding, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. She is courteous, polite and very thorough. 17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Communication was good but sometimes I didn't hear anything after viewings and had to push for feedback or check ins. I also had to pay to exit the contract unlike with other local agents after my houses didn't sell.

7th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother
