From the outset, the process was far from straightforward, with a number of challenges arising along the way, particularly around communication with the sellers and various other complexities. Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.<br><br>David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.<br><br>On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. Their market knowledge, guidance and dedication helped us secure the right purchaser and navigate the transaction smoothly. The service was personal, friendly and professional throughout, and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>A special mention must go to Edward Tory, whose communication was absolutely outstanding. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond and made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>It was a genuinely excellent and very personal service from start to finish. We are delighted with our new home and would thoroughly recommend Edward and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.
26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We are writing this review to thank Hamptons for their kind help over the years.<br>We have three properties, all being rented and fully managed by Hamptons.<br>Recently , one of our properties in Dunton Green, was vacant for a few weeks, due to a sale falling through.<br>The Hamptons team quickly found a suitable tenant, within a very short space of time.<br>They were efficient and very helpful.<br>We would especially like to thank Rose, Calum Vygaile and Christian from the Sevenoaks office!
27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)I recommend Cavendish as a tenant having been with them for 3 years. The team were always professional, responsive, helpful and friendly, especially Rachel the Property Manager who was always on hand to assist with any requests during our tenancy.
12th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

They were professional, yet offered a very personal service. I appreciated their support during the ups and downs of conveyancing. Emails were answered promptly and I was kept updated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend their services.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.

The entire process, from our initial enquiry to securing our new home, was handled professionally and efficiently. Theo was outstanding throughout. He was approachable, responsive and consistently clear in his communication, keeping us informed at every stage and promptly addressing any questions we had. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence in the process and made everything feel smooth and well organised. We are delighted with our beautiful home and very grateful for Theo’s support. We would highly recommend Leaders Tonbridge, particularly Theo, to anyone looking to rent a property.

9th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)We are in the process of selling our flat. We received an acceptable offer within a few weeks of listing but have not exchanged or completed yet. To date, John Kingston and Victoria Brothy, who have been handling the sale, have been excellent. The property has been well marketed and we have found the team to be professional and quick to respond .
7th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x
