We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
30th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.
17th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)The experience with John Bray as a tenant was great, until it became time to move out. Despite the flat being provided in a shabby and uncleaned state, we didn't raise a dispute and cleaned it ourselves. Hardly anything was fixed during our three years there, despite us telling them repeatedly. Upon moving out we cleaned the flat fully and to a higher standard than we received it. After almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing about the deposit we were handed cleaning charges, which we disputed. That was when they sent condescending e-mails telling me I'm "lucky" they aren't charging me more and trying to bully me into accepting the charges "to get my remaining deposit back quicker". If you are renting with them, take detailed pictures of everything you receive, and be prepared to be talked to like you're a child when you ask for you deposit back.

He answered my questions without that dreaded sentence “I don’t know” which can be so irritating. So refreshing, a professional attitude with a happy and friendly approach.

We initially viewed a property with Ollie and were really impressed by his passion, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of the property, something we hadn’t experienced with other agents. That gave us the confidence to put our own house on the market with them, and it was definitely the right decision. They handled the viewings brilliantly, provided regular updates, and kept us informed throughout the entire sale process. Their professionalism and support made everything run smoothly. We’re really happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them. Thank you Ollie, Kyle, Ashley and the rest of the just property team.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
