15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I found the whole process thoroughly professional and painless. I was delighted with Danny's knowledge of the market and his realistic approach to valuation. I have been kept up to date with viewing appointments and market feedback. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
26th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills
29th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Danielle and the team were great. Danielle was especially brilliant throughout our home buying process, very professional and very thoughtful. Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)????? Some people make you feel at home before you've even moved in. When I first met Martha, it was a rather gloomy day. The weather wasn't particularly welcoming, but her smile was all the light and warmth I needed. From that very first moment, she made me feel genuinely welcome. Today, I met Spencer again, and he was just as wonderful. He patiently listened to all my questions and requests, helped me take measurements around the house, and went out of his way to make things easier for me. Not once did I feel rushed or that I was asking for too much. My experience with this agency has been truly different. It's rare to find an estate agency that genuinely cares about your interests and makes you feel like an old friend rather than just another customer. Moving to a new town and starting a new chapter can be daunting, but Martha and Spencer have made the whole experience feel warm, reassuring and exciting. Thank you, Martha and Spencer, not just for your professionalism, patience and help, but for the humanity and warmth you bring to your work. You haven't just helped me find a house. You've made me feel welcome in a town I'm about to call home. And that means more than you know. ??

25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Neville and Neville highly enough. Thomas Neville provides a personal top-tier service that the big agencies simply can't match. Having previously dealt with large corporate agents who lost sight of the seller's interests, Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He strikes the perfect balance: accommodating purchasers professionally while keeping his primary focus, integrity, and loyalty entirely on the seller. To Thomas, a sale isn't just a number—it’s personal. His deep industry experience, hands-on support through thick and thin, and willingness to go well above and beyond got my sale over the line in a challenging market.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I would highly recommend Bexhill estates, we chose them to sell my mums property and they were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They were exceptionally caring and helpful throughout the whole process.
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Ollie guided us and assisted us on selling our property, he knew how to market the property and the agency put their selves out to do this. The experience using Just Property was excellent.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)The service Phil provides is exceptional from the initial listing and actually getting relevant buyers through the door right through to completion. Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements! I can honestly say I do not have one negative thing to say. Thankyou Phil!
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)The service that I received was amazing. Everything was thoroughly explained. Every time I asked a question or raised a concern, it was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

They guided us through every step of the way.
