Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)Property in Hastings was an estate sale, rendered challenging by the fact that I live five hours’ drive away. However, Stuart and Emma were exceptionally helpful and nothing was a problem - exactly the kind of “can do” attitude that is becoming increasingly rare these days. Thanks are thus due to the pair for dealing with what has not been a straightforward sale.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. Managing a sale and a purchase at the same time is incredibly stressful as most will know but Jo our Sales Progressor made the entire process seamless. On the marketing side, Shelley got us our asking price for our property within 2 weeks of being live with plenty of viewings on that first crucial week. What impressed us most was their communication, they kept the entire chain moving, coordinating everything between all parties and kept us updated every step of the way. Thank you all for your help. Thomas knew exactly what we wanted/needed in a home. Francis gave us updates weekly, daily towards exchange and completion. Also a big Thank You to Adele too. We are in our forever home and it's all Thanks to Thomas and his team.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
