9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I've dealt with Gregory Brown in Ashford on and off since 2016 when I bought a flat through Harry. In contrast to some other estate agents in the area, he was not pushy, came across as genuine and realistic about the property he was selling. I could not fault them during my purchase. Some years later I had to relocate for work and decided to let the flat out. I asked Gregory Brown to manage the property for me as I was so impressed with them when I bought the flat. As managing agents they were also very impressive, their commission was reasonable, they dealt with any maintenance issues promptly and for decent prices, once again I can't fault them based on my experience. When my job became permanent in my new area it was clear I would not be returning to Ashford, so it was time to sell the flat. Once again I went to Harry who dealt very well with a difficult sale, the management company at the flat were woeful but all the guys at GB were pro-active with chasing them for the information my buyers required before the sale could progress. I've experienced Gregory Brown as a a buyer, a seller and as managing agents on behalf of a landlord and can't speak highly enough of them. They seem like a close knit, decent bunch of guys in the office and are everything you'd want from a proper, honest, professional local business. Absolutely first class in every respect.

15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)?????<br><br>I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.<br><br>It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.<br><br>I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.<br><br>Thank you all for your excellent service and support.

I truly appreciated how he addressed all of our inquiries and respected our time. While I often found it difficult to get results through official channels, Brett was always ready to assist me personally. He provided the kind of support a purchaser needs, especially as a first-time buyer navigating the process.<br><br>My constant emails were always addressed and resolved promptly. I feel fortunate to have secured my mortgage through Bazely and Co., as the team kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thank you all. 13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

Our transaction hit a massive standstill, and it felt like progress had completely stopped. Luke stepped in, took control, and single-handedly revived the momentum. He’s bridged the gap when my solicitors went quiet, he chased solicitors, coordinated the chain, and problem-solved issues promptly. They were incredibly proactive, pushing every party involved to keep things moving forward under tight deadlines. Their tenacity saved the deal, and their constant communication saved our sanity Absolutely outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I met Maria last year when she valued the property for probate and confirmed she could sell the house for me, sadly it took 9 months for probate and a reoccurring cancer issue on my health led to a slight delay which she handled with fantastic empathy and professionalism to understand my health issue and concerns and to work with me to make it work, i had viewings within a day of the property on market sometimes 3 in a day, always is that ok rob or how are you feeling. She got me an offer within 10days within 1% of the asking price. She was available for everything always on time kind courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If an issue arose she had it fixed that day and had my complete faith dealing with my solicitor emma at Stone Rowe brewer and they got the sale completed. No matter what I had to do she backed me and nothing was too much trouble. I sadly wont be moving again however I cannot recommend her highly enough and can as I've said many times Maria, heartfelt thanks for all of your time kind words calls messages and for making it happen. Shiv was always there to support and guide us when we needed it, including the time when a potential buyer pulled out last minute.<br><br>The most important aspect to us over the other agents in the surrounding area was the integrity and honesty with which he conducted his business. he was always transparent with us from the start about the selling price of our property and carefully managed our expectations throughout the process. There were no unexpected and unwanted surprises in the end!<br><br>The team were always available and quick to respond to our queries and punctual for every appointment.
