Darcey's commitment and care for me and my partner is above the standard, anything we were worried about or had any questions she was able to make us feel better and able to answer any of our questions. I want to also thank Katie alongside for the amazing support and was there if Darcey was busy. Thank you Darcey and Katie, if anyone was to ask where and who to go to on finding a property to rent or buy I would 100% recommend Darcey and Katie at Sunbury-On-Thames. They give of their time to explain the whole of the selling process, listening to our views and needs. They have excellent area knowledge and we felt confident that they would be able to market and talk about our house accurately highlighting the positives of its location. 26th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Orlando Reid have been responsible for letting my flat in Clapham for several years. They have been excellent. They are professional, helpful and efficient. They have also looked after my tenants very well. More recently, they have acted as the sole agent for selling the flat. They have, again, proven to be perfect. In particular I have valued the advice of Tom Butler and Armond Ghahramani who are handling the sale. They have been outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with them. Tom, In particular has taken a proactive approach to the sale, kept me well in the picture, dealt with both my and the buyer's solicitors and steered us through several complicated stages with great efficiency and helpfulness. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering either letting or selling a property in the Clapham area.

Paul was always quick to respond and even worked around our busy schedule, allowing us to view the house on a Friday evening. We're now happily settled in our new home, all thanks to Paul's excellent help and support. Highly recommend! A great friendly and helping staff.

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
