I would like to thank Raj, Harvin and his team for their hard work and support from the beginning right through to the completion of our property sale.
It was a long and stressful journey, especially dealing with difficult tenants who made leaving the property very challenging, with constant excuses and delays. Raj was a great help in handling this situation, and Harvin supported us throughout the sale.
I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism and dedication in helping us finally get everything completed. I would highly recommend Harvin, Raj and his team to anyone selling a property.

She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.
She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.
I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.

She was extremely efficient throughout the process and consistently proactive in chasing the sellers, the sellers’ solicitors, and our own solicitors to keep everything moving. 7th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.
Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.

30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.
edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.
25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I contacted them because I was interested in renting a property from them. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.
In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.
I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.Hiltons Estates - West Drayton

12th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional.
I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.
His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.

They were very professional, supportive and responsive throughout the whole process, even though we encountered a few bumps along the way! Shiv was always there to support and guide us when we needed it, including the time when a potential buyer pulled out last minute.
The most important aspect to us over the other agents in the surrounding area was the integrity and honesty with which he conducted his business. he was always transparent with us from the start about the selling price of our property and carefully managed our expectations throughout the process. There were no unexpected and unwanted surprises in the end!
The team were always available and quick to respond to our queries and punctual for every appointment. They provided sound advice even with our onward purchase.
