7th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Extremely poor experience dealing with Hilton Estates.<br><br>Construction works at a neighbouring property resulted in roof tiles and building debris being left in the shared alleyway, which damaged my Ethernet cable and left my internet connection to my outhouse/office unusable.<br><br>I repeatedly contacted Hilton Estates about the issue and was repeatedly told that it would be dealt with. I was also told that a skip would be arranged to clear the debris. It ultimately took approximately one month for the alleyway to be cleared.<br><br>In the meantime, I had to take matters into my own hands and arrange the necessary repair to my damaged network connection. I have now paid £450 for the repair and installation work myself, as well as £96.95 for replacement equipment and materials, bringing my total costs to £546.95.<br><br>I have provided the relevant invoices, receipts and supporting evidence, yet despite the repair now being completed, I still have not received payment or clear confirmation that the £546.95 will be reimbursed.<br><br>There was also a telephone conversation in which reimbursement of the repair costs was discussed, which I have retained for my records.<br><br>While I acknowledge that the alleyway has now finally been cleared, taking approximately a month to resolve the issue and the continued failure to resolve the outstanding reimbursement are extremely disappointing.<br><br>The communication and handling of this matter have been poor throughout. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photographs, invoices and written confirmation of any commitments when dealing with this company.
18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Simple have been excellent. My sale dragged on from November to yesterday for all sorts of reasons. Harkiran my agent kept me constantly updated and also answered all my stupid questions! I am.very happy with Simple Estate Agents and would definitely recommend.

18th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

She was extremely efficient throughout the process and consistently proactive in chasing the sellers, the sellers’ solicitors, and our own solicitors to keep everything moving. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, the whole process felt far smoother than expected. I would happily recommend Cauvery to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely committed estate agent.

30th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.
6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Following today's experience regarding the viewing of Acacia Mews, I wish to cancel tomorrow's rearranged viewing and request that no further correspondence be made to me regarding this property or any future properties through your agency.<br><br>My husband and I took time out of our day to attend a viewing that had been confirmed. We arrived on time, waited patiently despite the agent arriving late, and then waited further while issues with the burglar alarm were resolved. After all of this, we were informed that the owner was unwilling to allow the viewing to proceed because she claimed she had not been informed, despite the property already being open and the alarm having been switched off.<br><br>What was most disappointing was not simply that the viewing did not take place, but the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. At no point did we receive a sincere apology for the inconvenience or the considerable amount of our time that had been wasted. Instead, we were simply asked for our next availability, as though the experience had been acceptable.<br><br>Having travelled to the property, rearranged our day, and waited patiently throughout, I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It has unfortunately left me with little confidence in your agency's level of organisation and customer service.<br><br>I appreciate that unforeseen issues can occur. However, the way they are managed is what reflects the professionalism of an agency, and regrettably, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect.<br><br>*Please remove my details from your mailing list, and do not contact me regarding this or any other properties in the future*<br>Kind regardsHiltons Estates - West Drayton

12th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

29th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)A relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to<br>accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.
