Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet, the service we’ve received has been very respectable and professional throughout. The team have been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful without any pressure. A special mention to Teddy, who has been excellent. His communication, honesty, and willingness to assist have really stood out and made the experience feel smooth and reassuring. Based on our experience so far, we would definitely look to use Quilliam Estate Agents in the future when finding our property.

The property was handed over in an uninhabitable state - unsanitary, unclean, with waste left in the toilet. It took two weeks to resolve even partly. When raised, they declined responsibility citing a let-only arrangement. Draw your own conclusions about their due diligence

5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

From the very first conversation they understood how urgent the sale was — we needed to sell Mum’s house quickly to cover her care home fees. Shannon and Hussain were absolutely brilliant throughout. They marketed the property professionally, secured a buyer within just 4 days, and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their calm, proactive approach and excellent communication helped us complete the whole process in only 6 weeks. 22nd Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Avoid Foxtons Ealing. When my original landlord lost the property due to unpaid loans and a new landlord took over, the branch was completely unhelpful. I was given poor guidance and left to deal with the situation myself. To make matters worse, after moving out I’ve been unable to recover my deposit, even though it was paid to Foxtons in the first place. There was no proper support, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Been a couple of months and I can’t get my deposit back and no response from Foxtons apart from keep paying the landlord who doesn’t own the place anymore? Thankfully the new landlord was helpful but I still can’t get my deposit from the original landlord. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
