27th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)They either have fake property ads (sales) on Zoopla, or are not trained enough to find them in the system. I had to call a few times to get through to lettings that put me through to sales (the same person picked up) and tried to get me to view something else even though the property is not marked as 'under offer' or 'sold' so it does feel a bit scammy to me especially that the pictures of the property were super blurry, like screenshots from other sites perhaps.

19th May 2022 (1 year ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for their time and energy in a very tricky situation.

It took me roughly three months from viewing the property to moving in, Nick's professionalism and dedication is the key throughout the journey. She went out of her way to pick me up from Waitrose in Ealing and drove me to the property for the viewing. She was personable and warm in her approach for which I was immensely grateful. She showed me around the property explaining minute details. Although I did not make an offer on that particular property I enjoyed meeting her and the viewing, After informing her that my son was interested in residing close to the Elizabeth line, she drove me around the back streets of the area to point out the location of the tube station and also a quiet park in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend Jo and also Gibbs Gillespie as a company. She sent me a lovely email this afternoon wishing my son and I well for securing the apartment in a lively neighbourhood. I was touched by her wishes. Thank you very much Jo.

14th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)As an overseas landlord we heavily rely on a property management company and hands down i can say Doyle's are so helpful and efficient. their attention to detail and time spent managing our property is far more than most would offer and certainly far more than i get by those that look after properties closer to home. i would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to look after any property.

He always returns phone calls and deals with any problems promptly and efficiently. As the seller of the property now lives in New Zealand, and because the time difference sometimes made obtaining information difficult, Christian went the extra mile to ensure that things went very smoothly. We have been very impressed with him and would definitely recommend the Chiswick branch of Savills, and especially Christian, to anyone.

Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move. If you are looking for a genuinely superb, professional and honest estate agent, please get in touch with Alan, or Hannah. ????

Their digital marketing is best in class, with good photos and thorough information. Unlike other competitors, you are made to feel valued and your time is not wasted. In person they are also very kind and service oriented and they know Ealing well.

I know short term lets are hard to come by in this area and are traditionally expensive.
