Thanks for the excellent handling of my purchase and letting of Carillon Court! It's funny that what started off as a chat with Anisha inquiring about another property which had been sold ended up with the purchase of the right property for me, this led to working with Shaheen who very quickly got my flat rented and finally with Joanna on the close out with the tenant. And of course under the leadership of you Stuart and Barney! I found you all very professional, accommodating (especially as an overseas buyer), great communicators and excellent at keeping me up to date on progress and delivering on what you had committed to. Pity that I can't give less than a star. All promises before you have moved but then it's all surprises. I moved with my family on Friday evening to know that Bed, Sofa, Cupboard (everything that led to my decision to finalize the flat) is not there. Called the hamptons and they said there's been a "misunderstanding" between them and landlord about the availability of these items. So now, they advised me to buy a camping matteress (just for 3 days as Bed will be delivered on Monday as it has been ordered) which I said I wont as I Cant have my 2 year old kid sleeping on it. Anyway, I bought a matteress (hope they reimburse at least the fraction of amount they promised) and spent the weekend in the hope of a bed on Monday. I got a call on Monday that Bed is ordered now (they lied that it was ordered on Friday itself) now and new delivery day is Friday. Now imagine if I would gone with their idea of a camping matteress. I'm still clueless about other items if they would come or not as Landlord said that he had asked hamptons to advertise the property as unfurnished. And on top of that, Not given the parking yet as I was told while being lured to final this flat (I dont have a car but was told I can rent the parking out and that's why I didn't negotiate further). So here I am stuck for at least 6 months in this flat. Don't know whom to blame! One question to hamptons - Why should I pay my hard earned money to you as fee for your incompetence (and lies?). No one suffered other than my family - you are sitting comfortably in your offices and Landlord is fair in his point of view. Its sad that you do business in such an unprofessional way! Pathetic.... Rented through Sargeants for nearly 2 years, a property managed by them. I was kept in the dark about the landlord being a partner of the agency. When problems appear, the agency solve no problems. The agency's employee who manages the property has to deal with the owner who is also her boss, so in most cases nothing she can do. Not answers to phone calls, no answers to emails... and the rare occasion i managed to talk with them, many apologies and good words, but no solutions. Landlord (and partner at the agency) decides to sell the property. Offers an incentive to leave the property but then don't commit to it once we are out. The other partner (name partner) cleaned his hands saying "it has nothing to be with him" (even though he delivered the agreement himself). Not professionals at all.... Read more

I was supposed to have viewing with the agency and noone showed up. It took me 1.5 hours to get there. Complete waste of time. They weren't ansering to my emails questioning it for several days, only after the phonecall someone finally got back to me. I was all very discrespectful experience.... Read more

Ealing - Residential Letting We have experienced terrible customer service, with this branch over the past few months, in relation to renting a property in the area. After providing all relevant information quickly, and further explanation regarding circumstances and the purpose of our move, a seemingly disinterested employee promised to respond once a dialogue had been established with the landlord on a property Savills managed on their behalf. An offer was made and rejected, with very little explanation. Especially, when the main reason for not taking the process further was based on the offer being too low. This became seemingly redundant based on the email received by my partner stating that the offer we gave, only a few weeks before, was now the asking price. In our opinion this created a very distrustful image of the company, and it's processes further reinforced by the fact they sent the email to my partner and not me. I rang and emailed again to follow up on the reduction, only to be met with further promises that I would get more information once the landlord has been spoken to, which had been promised to be the next day. It has now been a week without any further information. All information we have provided has been swift and all evidence shows us to be reliable tenants, given the rent we currently pay is far more than the current asking price. There seems to be no logical reason for this poor transparency and we would appreciate a more direct and honest response from Savills if they value customer feedback. The only redeeming aspect of this branch, currently presides with a Residential Letting negotiator, who has been very communicative and helpful, but sadly this is not a redeeming quality for any further interacting with the branch or company in the future....
