They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my situation, provided clear and honest advice, and developed a strategy that worked best for me. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. Their deep knowledge of the market and strong attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands. Anyone who has navigated the London rental market knows how rare it is to find an agency that combines true professionalism with such a personal, caring approach. From day one through to the day I moved out, Chris and his team were incredibly responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, it was handled promptly and efficiently. I am incredibly grateful for their consistent support over the years. They truly took the stress out of renting, and I could not recommend them highly enough to both prospective tenants looking for a seamless experience and landlords seeking an agency that genuinely cares. Thank you again to Chris and the entire team, and I wish you all continued success.

13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.<br><br>My experience with Coopers of London, particularly dealing with Mr. William Delaney and Anne Hughes, was appalling. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before renting a property managed by this agency.<br><br>We experienced serious disrepair involving leaks, water damage, pest concerns, and months of disruptive construction work. Despite documenting the problems extensively with photographs, videos, and emails, communication was repeatedly confrontational and dismissive rather than constructive or professional.<br><br>We endured more than three months of building works while continuing to pay full rent, even though parts of the property — including the bathroom — were unusable. Their proposed solution? We were told to use the bathroom at a nearby gym. Workers also stole and damaged personal belongings when we were not in the property and despite raising these concerns agency deliberately chose to enter the property without our authorization.<br><br>The handling of access to the property was equally concerning. There were repeated attempts to arrange or obtain access without what I considered proper consent or reasonable coordination, causing significant stress and disruption.<br><br>One incident during COVID was particularly shocking. As an asthmatic tenant concerned about unnecessary exposure, I asked that property viewings take place while we were present and provided several alternative time slots. Rather than treating those concerns respectfully, William Delaney described my medical concerns in writing as “spurious” and proceeded with a viewing despite our objection.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, I felt there was an extraordinary lack of accountability, empathy, and basic professionalism. Instead of feeling that serious problems with our home were being addressed, we repeatedly found ourselves having to document issues, chase responses, and defend perfectly reasonable concerns.<br><br>This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency.<br><br>I cannot recommend Coopers of London under any circumstances. If you value respectful communication, proper handling of maintenance problems, and a professional relationship with the people managing your home, my advice is simple: RUN AWAY and find another agency.
7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Extremely poor experience dealing with Hilton Estates.<br><br>Construction works at a neighbouring property resulted in roof tiles and building debris being left in the shared alleyway, which damaged my Ethernet cable and left my internet connection to my outhouse/office unusable.<br><br>I repeatedly contacted Hilton Estates about the issue and was repeatedly told that it would be dealt with. I was also told that a skip would be arranged to clear the debris. It ultimately took approximately one month for the alleyway to be cleared.<br><br>In the meantime, I had to take matters into my own hands and arrange the necessary repair to my damaged network connection. I have now paid £450 for the repair and installation work myself, as well as £96.95 for replacement equipment and materials, bringing my total costs to £546.95.<br><br>I have provided the relevant invoices, receipts and supporting evidence, yet despite the repair now being completed, I still have not received payment or clear confirmation that the £546.95 will be reimbursed.<br><br>There was also a telephone conversation in which reimbursement of the repair costs was discussed, which I have retained for my records.<br><br>While I acknowledge that the alleyway has now finally been cleared, taking approximately a month to resolve the issue and the continued failure to resolve the outstanding reimbursement are extremely disappointing.<br><br>The communication and handling of this matter have been poor throughout. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photographs, invoices and written confirmation of any commitments when dealing with this company.

11th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Mylako have dealt with my concerns and challenges to do with the management of my flat and the building in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Businesses are made up of people and Mylako has some great professionals working there who take the needs and situations of their customers very seriously and it shows with the correction of issues relating to works needing to be done, accounts to be paid and a myriad of other things for which a capable and willing managing agent is essential
18th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Poor communication, emails ignored, phones often not answered, and only after days of chasing did we find out the landlord wouldn’t accept a guarantor, despite this being clear from the start. They completely wasted our time and money. - Update, in reponse to owner's comment: Terrible, misleading experience. From day one we clearly stated on the offer form that we needed a guarantor, and your agent Daniel explicitly told us this was fine. You then dragged things out for about a week from the last week of November, taking documents and running checks, only to suddenly claim at the end that “the landlord doesn’t accept a guarantor.” That guarantor requirement was on the original form you sent to the landlord, she accepted the offer on that basis, and I even asked again and you confirmed it was okay. Hiding behind “duty of care” after wasting our time and blocking us from renting elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.
6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Following today's experience regarding the viewing of Acacia Mews, I wish to cancel tomorrow's rearranged viewing and request that no further correspondence be made to me regarding this property or any future properties through your agency.<br><br>My husband and I took time out of our day to attend a viewing that had been confirmed. We arrived on time, waited patiently despite the agent arriving late, and then waited further while issues with the burglar alarm were resolved. After all of this, we were informed that the owner was unwilling to allow the viewing to proceed because she claimed she had not been informed, despite the property already being open and the alarm having been switched off.<br><br>What was most disappointing was not simply that the viewing did not take place, but the complete lack of professionalism in how the situation was handled. At no point did we receive a sincere apology for the inconvenience or the considerable amount of our time that had been wasted. Instead, we were simply asked for our next availability, as though the experience had been acceptable.<br><br>Having travelled to the property, rearranged our day, and waited patiently throughout, I found the entire experience extremely disappointing and disrespectful. It has unfortunately left me with little confidence in your agency's level of organisation and customer service.<br><br>I appreciate that unforeseen issues can occur. However, the way they are managed is what reflects the professionalism of an agency, and regrettably, this experience fell far below the standard I would expect.<br><br>*Please remove my details from your mailing list, and do not contact me regarding this or any other properties in the future*<br>Kind regards

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
