I found all the staff very helpful and pleasant, and they supported me throughout the decade of being their customer.

She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. 11th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)I rented my property through Northwood Watford, and the whole process was super quick and smooth from start to finish.<br><br>Julia was my letting agent, and I can honestly say she is one of the best agents out there. She is extremely quick with her responses, and whenever there was an issue, she always made sure it was resolved as quickly as possible. She is someone you can truly count on and rely on.<br><br>I highly recommend Northwood Watford to anyone looking for a letting agent, especially Julia. The whole team at the office is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I’m really happy with the service I received!

13th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!- 18th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Luke was a pleasure to work with when buying our property through Robsons. We bought and sold through Robsons and I highly recommend using them if you are ever thinking of buying / selling your property.

He knew what he knew, and if there was something he didn’t, he’d find out for us. He’s been incredibly proactive and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do to help us purchase our new home.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t recommend Oliver and Hossein highly enough.
