13th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)After 11 years of living in London, we were lucky enough to find this agency, Sonia Estates. We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.

23rd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Francis and the team at Northwood were excellent throughout what became an incredibly long and challenging sale.<br><br>The transaction took far longer than anyone expected and there were a number of issues outside of their control, but Francis remained professional, approachable and always kept us informed as best he could. Whenever I needed an update or wanted to understand what was happening, he was always happy to pick up the phone or chase the relevant parties.<br><br>What stood out most was that I always felt he was genuinely trying to get the sale over the line and was honest about the situation rather than making promises he couldn't keep.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but having an estate agent who is proactive and easy to deal with makes a real difference.<br><br>Thanks again, Francis, for all your efforts. 13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We recently dealt with Cassidy & Tate in St Albans (specifically Lucie) during the purchase process for a property. We submitted three offers, all of which were ultimately rejected, which in itself is not the issue. The concern is the communication style and overall handling of the sales process. After our viewing, I was the one who followed up to express our interest in making an offer, rather than receiving any proactive follow-up call. From that point onwards, communication was conducted entirely via email with no telephone contact at any stage. On multiple occasions, we asked whether our position could be communicated directly to the vendors by phone, particularly as we are first-time buyers with no chain and the property required significant renovations. However, we were told that communication with the vendors was also being handled via email rather than direct telephone discussion. Even when we increased our offer and specifically requested that our position be verbally communicated to the vendors to help properly present our circumstances, we continued to receive email responses confirming rejection, without any direct conversation taking place. Overall, the process felt very passive in terms of sales approach and negotiation. In our experience, there was no telephone-based engagement or active selling of our position to the vendors, which is something we would typically expect from an estate agent acting in a sales capacity. While we appreciate that offers are not always accepted, we were disappointed with the lack of proactive communication and the absence of any real attempt to progress negotiations beyond email exchanges. We will actively try to avoid purchasing a future property through Cassidy & Tate going forward.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. He has already achieved a sale with one and I am sure will soon do so with the second.Very happy to have been introduced to him.

13th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Sonia Estates could not wait longer than two weeks after my husband’s passing to start their plot to scam me. Informed me that minor repairs needed to rent after the contract expired. No deposit money given to me as they retained it! They ran up 8000 pounds( 12,000 pounds is what they demanded initially) worth of non existent repairs without my permission. When I disputed it, they secretly rented out my home and had no intention of informing me about it, nor of paying me rent!! They also had the secret idea of letting the home out to Capital Living who would charge us a commission, and Sonia would very kindly keep collecting another 7 percent commission too! This was only revealed to me after months of questioning Sonia Estates. They then threw away all of my furniture and asked me for an additional 15,000 pounds to furnish it again! So, they tried to make almost 27,000 pounds from the death of my husband! Sonia Estaes lied to the Ombudsman who accepted their lies that all of the above arrangements were agreed upon by me over a phony phone call! Even though I won the case, they were asked to pay me only 150 pounds! They now keep getting my Google review deleted!- 29th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)We were tenants in a property managed by Robsons on behalf of the landlord for almost 2.5 years. Throughout this period, the customer service and support we received were very poor — the attitude of the staff was unhelpful, and requests were often met with reluctance rather than genuine assistance.<br><br>I have since moved into my own home, and based on this experience, I would not choose to work with Robsons again, nor would I recommend them to act on anyone’s behalf.

27th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Having been with a large chain agent for almost a year, with few viewings and very little useful feedback, we swapped to Oak Estates. From the beginning, Kris and his team were really open, honest and positive. They made us feel like they cared about our experience, not just getting us on the books. The viewing team were great - very professional and took on board useful information about the house and the area to pass to the buyers. We managed to get a buyer in much less than half of the time than we had been with the other agents and the office were really good at keeping us in the loop and even offered advice beyond the sale of the property. I would very happily recommend Oak Estates to anyone looking to sell and get a very personalised, honest, professional and caring service.

From the onset, they were attentive to our needs, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Because they're still the new kids on the block, they've set themselves a very high standard and it shows in their professionalism and results.<br><br>They stepped us through the entire sales process and catered to our situation very well (we had moved overseas).<br><br>I can highly recommend them if you want to sell (or even buy!), we got a fantastic result, a week after the first call with Lampards we already had two offers, one of which was over-asking, and we got to contract exchange just over a month after that. Absolutely brilliant work by the guys!
