They are genuinely warm, approachable, and professional people who worked incredibly hard to achieve a very strong sale price for the property.<br>What impressed me most was their commitment to keeping the transaction moving. They consistently chased all parties involved, including solicitors and buyers, and stayed on top of every detail right through to completion. Whenever progress slowed, they proactively followed up and did everything possible to keep matters on track.<br>I know I probably tested their patience at times with my many questions and requests, but they were always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Their dedication and professionalism made a challenging process much easier to navigate.<br>I would like to sincerely thank both Richard and Emma for all their hard work and support. The whole team was friendly, professional and always willing to help, making what can be a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>A special thank you to Braid Parsons, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. She kept on top of everything from start to finish, always kept us updated with excellent communication, and explained every step clearly so we always knew what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication and support made a huge difference throughout the process.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone buying or selling a home. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.

They made the process so simple and I felt they really put their all into it. I was kept up-to-date throughout and everyone I dealt with was an absolute delight. What a great team!

The issues we report are handled with priority and sorted quickly. All the associates working there are very kind and acknowledge all the calls and emails quickly. Overall a good service and I would definitely recommend them to my friends who are looking for houses to buy and rent.
