11th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)Difficult to get hold of, often don’t answer phones or call back when they state they will. Missed viewing opportunities with properties and was unable measure up etc whilst waiting for the sale to complete due to no responses or follow up.

8th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees
27th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently sold our home through Simon Blyth Estate Agents and the level of service we received was truly exceptional from start to finish. They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The whole team was friendly, professional and always willing to help, making what can be a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>A special thank you to Braid Parsons, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. She kept on top of everything from start to finish, always kept us updated with excellent communication, and explained every step clearly so we always knew what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication and support made a huge difference throughout the process.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone buying or selling a home. Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible. We would definitely look to use in future should we ever move again.

26th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Hello everyone,<br><br>I want to share my experience with this company—if you can even call it an agency.<br><br>At first, they kept calling me. I ignored them several times, but eventually they convinced me to sign a one-year contract as a landlord so they could manage my property and find tenants. Since it was my first time renting out a property, there were a lot of things I didn’t know, and unfortunately I overlooked some important details in the contract.<br><br>They found tenants, but they rented the house out by individual rooms, which is not very convenient. Later, the person who had passed the referencing checks moved out and left someone else living there instead. As far as I understand, this is a breach of the tenancy agreement.<br><br>The tenants often pay late, but even when they do pay and send me proof of payment, the agency still delays transferring the rent to me. They ignore my calls and don’t respond to my messages.<br><br>I even went to their office, where I was told that someone would call me back within five minutes. They did call and promised to sort everything out immediately, but another week has passed and I still haven’t been paid. Now they’re telling me they will send me an email explaining what they are going to do, while they continue holding my money.<br><br>This has been happening every single month. I still have five months left on my contract with them, and I honestly don’t know how this will end. I have a feeling they’re going to cost me even more money.<br><br>At least it has been a valuable lesson, and my advice is simple: avoid this agency and choose a professional one that keeps its promises and does its job properly.<br><br>Hart Estate has been completely unprofessional in my experience, and I would strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away from them.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am updating my previous review because the situation has become even worse.<br><br>I still have not received the money I am owed. For June, I only received half of the payment, and for July I have received nothing at all. Nobody seems willing to take responsibility. Every time I contact the agency, I am ignored or one person blames another. I have been told that my case has been passed to the director, but nothing has changed.<br><br>This is not the first time this has happened. Around three months ago, my payment was also delayed for about a month. The director only contacted me after I said I was considering legal action. I was given an apology and promised that I would receive the money soon, but it is disappointing that it takes that much pressure before anyone responds.<br><br>I have sent multiple emails and have received no reply. I feel completely ignored.<br><br>I even offered to let the agency keep their 6% management fee for the remaining six months of our contract if they would simply end our agreement, but they refused.<br><br>At this point, I am considering asking my tenants to pay me directly instead of paying through the agency until this matter is resolved. My tenants have also expressed that they are unhappy with the service they have received.<br><br>I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this agency.

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!
