21st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Although it has been an emotional time we received great service through Peter David Properties in Brighouse. Right from the start the valuation was spot on and we received regular updates throughout. Annette in particular helped us to complete the sale. Highly recommended.

Grace Wharton looked after us and she was polite, professional and efficient from the very start. She proactively kept us up to date with viewings, feedback and sales updates from the solicitor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

There was no silly promise of inflated market value followed by lengthy negotiations, I was given a true market value of my property and they advised they knew how to sell it. And yes they did. It felt like we were being treat like criminals and we had to prove our innocence. Apart from that, it would be 5 stars.
