21st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

They clearly understand what outstanding customer service looks like and deliver it effortlessly at every stage of the process. Every member of the team we dealt with was professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed throughout. A special mention must go to Heidi, who was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, always quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, and keep everything progressing efficiently. Her dedication, communication, and support made a huge difference to us. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It is a very difficult housing market at the moment but the girls were with us every step of the way , even though it took 18 months to sell our house .<br><br>So pleased we got there in the end but the reason we did was down to<br>their professionalism and excellent support and care from Bev, Trinity, Lisa and Sam . A really quality based service.
17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely fantastic customer service the Joanna went above and beyond.<br>We first had the pleasure of using the team in 2022 when we sold our first house and moved mum and dad into a bungalow. Fast forward to 2025 and we put the bungalow on the market due to dad passing, Joanna was so compassionate and understanding at such a difficult time for us as a family she never lost hope that she would find somewhere to mum to buy in the area that she wanted even when nothing seemed to be available in that area. Nothing was too much trouble when we reached out to ask questions or for help with paperwork.<br>We would highly recommend the team at Dewsbury and thank Joanna and all the team at Dewsbury for all their help and support<br><br>Gill & Sarah x

My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. I am highly satisfied with the property I eventually chose with Belvoir. Everything about their business proposition has been clear; along with being friendly, helpful and professional. House moving can be fraught; the team at Belvoir made the task transparent, joined-up and fuss-free. Thanks Amy, Olivia, Debs and Melonie.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They gave me two price estimates - to sell with and without improvements. Once on the market, Kaylee kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The service was excellent from start to finish and I would recommend them to anyone!
