11th May 2018 (8 years ago)I have found Mr A Philpott and his Team very helpful and it has been a pleasure working with them. I would not hesitate recommend them. I am also renting my property via them. They have always found a good and reliable tenant for the flat.
7th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Thiefs, liars, manipulators; these are just kind words to describe them. I was verbally attacked twice in the building ( shiraj tower), got followed by crackheads squatting in the building and all i got from them is ''this happens before, just call the police and exagerate it''. lift breaks and theres no way of getting to 5th floor, floodings, infestations, rats, piles of trash for weeks... I left 2 months ago and im still having problems with them. Also, they tried to steal for us saying we owed more money, wasnt until we asked for the actual bill that we realized. DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THEM, WE'RE STUDENTS AND ITS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.
4th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)These people are scammers and thieves. Horrible people who will steal your money if you are not careful! Avoid them like the plague. Save yourself the time, money and energy by going with someone else instead!
25th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Left multiple calls throughout the week to view a property, no courtesy for a call back despite repeated calls to follow up, only to be told viewing have now suddenly already happened and property on offer.

23rd Jul 2026 (6 days ago)I recently bought my home through Salter Rex, with Graham acting as the seller’s agent, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service I received.<br><br>Despite not being my own agent, Graham was always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. He kept communication flowing, regularly chased solicitors and went out of his way to help move the process along many times.<br><br>Buying a home can be stressful, but Graham made everything feel much smoother and I really appreciate all the effort he put in. I would highly recommend Graham and the Salter Rex team to anybody looking in the area.

24th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

21st May 2021 (5 years ago)I am a landlord that's worked with Reed Rains to manage our property in East London. There has been little need for interactions over the last few years other than the odd visit and collection of rent. However, over the last 6 months, our tenants have unfortunately slipped into arrears of around £10k. Reed Rains has not managed this situation very well, there has been little effort to communicate with the tenants other than rent invoices being sent from an office 200 miles away. It was mentioned three months ago that the tenants might have vacated the property. This was only checked last week with an abandonment notice being placed on the door. Despite repeated requests to be contacted or find out who deals with the property and us as a client nothing has been done. What I have been getting is passive-aggressive emails from the team at credit control taking no responsibility and showing no empathy for the fact we are £10k in arrears with no end in sight and that we could have been better head of the problem. Again there has been no one to speak with to discuss the matter. Our experience of this company and lack of customer service here is shocking, in this case, they certainly have not operated in the best interest and on behalf of the client.

23rd May 2021 (5 years ago)Michael was easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry about a commercial property through to handing me the keys. He went above and beyond to address any specific questions I had for the landlord and ensured I got into the property on time when refurbishment threatened a delay. Highly recommended - a nice guy who goes the extra mile for his clients.
